Shocking Service I would not use again..
I bought and recieved my groupon voucher for a VAX on April 10th and my code will still not work. Groupon have reset the code and it isnt working and no-one from this company is getting back to me. It says to complete the online contact us form but no-one has contacted me. I have again submitted my details but this has been dragging on for a month now. Very poor service from both Groupon and discountemporium.co.uk

Great Communication & Efficient Service!
I recently purchased a VAX carpet cleaner via Groupon. Redemption time was accurate and the service was excellent! I love the fact that dispatch time was only up to 10 days, where other companies might make you wait up to 28 days!
Discount Emporium notifies you every step of the way, from when your product is being processed, then when it's shipped out along with a reference number for you to track; it really gave me a piece of mind!
I will definitely shop there again!

Groupon Offer - Vax Machine
The coupon worked well and the goods were received very promptly within a few days of placing my order but I was disappointed with the item, the box was battered and inside the bag that the machine was in was heavy with dust.
I haven't tried the machine yet but hope that it performs OK.
Overall the machine look secondhand and the offer from Groupon was not for a secondhand machine

Quick and efficient
Bought a Vax on a Groupon offer and although I had difficulty with the voucher, Groupon suggested this was to do with volume. Voucher worked fine after a couple of days and once the order had been placed the Vax arrived in two days, was as described and works well. The only disappointment was that at the beginning there was an extra offer to buy Vax solution when you ordered, by the time my voucher worked you couldn't add this to the order. Wouldn't put me off using again though!

Freetime whiskers floor robot
Bought whiskers floor cleaner. Does not clean well. No good on middle of room. I sectioned my hall into 4, but it still didn't,t clean properly - only any good round edges. Then battery ran out. U have to clean filter every time u use it so can only use once per day as takes 24 hrs to dry. I would like to return it really, but u only get 7 days & my Groupon code did not work till 10 days after I bought it. Don't bother buying one unless u live in a shoebox. It won't save u any time at all.
I did get a full refund after posting this review, so would use Discount Emporium again.
