Hi to everyone interested in purchasing any products from discount tools Nz please be cautious I there products listing which looks legit I want to buy an Autel Maxiflash ECU programming device which was in there listed products after my full payment was confirmed through email they added a special note that they were out of stock but there original list said in stock and than they added they had a topdon Rlink Lite programming device that they can match it price wise after that I felt very disappointed googled to see what were the comparison between the to products while the 2 devices did match in there high quality demand capabilities the Autel was the more expensive preferably chosen because it had more speed more range to work with more newer vehicles performance at it’s best the Rlink Lite was known to its high performance but lower speed lesser capabilities the retailers sent me the Rlink Lite tool it was received in 3-4 days after inspection of the product it looks brand new from inside out I’ve attached all components cables correctly updated the tool as fully charged up and loaded it’s hardware software ran into several issues that wasn’t working but then was fixed after restarting the device the software loaded onto my pc but was prompted that the topdon programming tool had another already another account to it I really felt the pinch of deception that the retailer had sold me a reopened used product I wrote to the topdon.com to assist me in unbinding the device as I could access to activate it since going through this process I decided to write back to the retailer giving them a bit of advice of their fraudulent sales practices and unprofessional conduct behaviour as this hopefully in the future impact on there business performance to degrade and closure I’ve since closed my created account with this untrustworthy company to deal in a timely professional manner but have caused headaches and delays to my work I hope my review will provide a positive warning to keep away from these people only choose a better professional company who takes more responsibility pride in their customers care
