Yes all Diagnostic tools need to be updated when first registered as from the production date they have released new software for vehicles which with out these the tools would not get the latest cars or fixes & tool wouldn't be very good. Yes we are a business & do send marketing emails this is how we stay in business & be able to provide you deals in the future. Yes the country was in a state of emergency & all couriers were delayed by 4-5 days sorry can't control Mother Nature
