More suited to little girls
Took my 4 year old Grandson.to Wembley Arena on Saturday. He enjoyed it but I would say that it’s more suited to little girls. Beauty and the Beast, Moana, Cinderella, Frozen. Rapunzel. It would have been nice to see more of the Iconic Characters such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, The cost of the merchandise was shocking - £32 for a light up wand. Again it was all female based so I saved some pennies but food was daylight robbery . A bucket of popcorn cost £17 and a bag of pick n mix sweets £24. I don’t think I’d go again unless they changed it and added more characters that a boy would like.

If you have boys
If you have boys, this is not a show for them. Only a couple of minutes of Toy Story characters , and that was it. My 4 year old grandson lost interest before the intermission . It should be advertised for girls only. Very disappointing .

Was a magical show for the family hosted by Leeds arena. We got VIP tickets in a suite at £35 a person which for the suite, ice cream for the kids and VIP entrance was very well priced. The dancers were absolutely fantastic and the display and talent they put into their performance was absolutely spectacular. Can't wait for the next UK tour. Also we only paid for coffee and a memorabilia cup and avoided the higher priced options which you don't need to buy. Just a big thank you to all involved and the happy and helpful staff.
Was frankly lack luster- boring
Was frankly, boring. My 5 year old grandaughter made it thru the first portion but after intermission lost interest. I was not terribly thrilled either and the sound was not so great- hard to understand what the chatacters were saying but that could be venue related
Shame to have Disney name
Boring, lackluster, very bad venue, high prices for food and merch, bad lip syncing, very basic skating routines. Really not good, shame to even have the Disney name. But almost all seats were sold so if they’re still making money.
The whole exprience was amazing !
The whole exprience was amazing !! The show was fantastic The venue was perfect and the vendors were on point ! Especially the snow cone area . The person making the snow cones was named JP he was funny quick and very pleasant 😄 hope to see him in the future when we come back to enjoy the show 😀

My child had a medical emergency at the venue before the show started. Disney on ice has been cold (no pun intended) with extending any sympathy & will not offer a show exchange, partial refund or refund. Highly disappointed in their customer service. Very greedy.
So disappointed ☹️ 1 star only
So disappointed ☹️ My parents took me to the Disney on ice shows 30 years ago and I (and my parents) can honestly say that this 2025 show was awful! Lacked atmosphere, boring story line, the quality of props /scenery was poor. The merchandise was an absolute rip off!! Such a shame and would love to ask for my money back!!
“Find Your Hero”…
Just returned from “Find Your Hero” 2025. All I found was lifeless skaters! Been to see Disney on ice consecutively for 5 years now and this was a complete waste of money. Poor performances , skaters looked liked they wanted to go home, no sets, no props, no scenery more like a backstreet “Disney” ripp off skating show . Primark sell better murch. An over all ripp off with a pricey name tag. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY . Disney we won’t be back again.
Shambles.. Compared to 2024
Compared to 2024, this was a real shame. There was no audience interaction, the show titled 'Find Your Hero's ironically didn't follow the storyline as it would have been a great opportunity to showcase Zootropolis, The Incredibles or Toy Story(!) it was just a real shame. They kept bringing Stitch out.. for ultimately no reason at all. It felt like a really amateur performance, and audience participation reflected that. The title should have been 'Classics' considering it was predominantly made up of The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. I did however enjoy seeing Tangled, but again their iconic lantern song was much like a GCSE drama performance. I have never had an issue paying Disney on Ice prices, but this year felt like a kick in the teeth.
Very poor
Very poor. Especially compared to last year (Dec 2024). They lost most of their good skaters and it really shows. Very disappointing performance.

It was extremely LOUD to the point of wanting to leave, but after paying over $200 dollars for 3 tickets and $64 to park we stuck it out. The show was disappointing. Will not go again, live and learn.
Poor seats Poor show & boring
Firstly we got told just as we made our way to our seats that we had been moved so running with 2 4yr olds to the opposite side wasn’t a good start, the kids were upset & we missed the start, the seats were also rubbish
Compared to 2024 this show was poor & focussing on more girl related Disney so the boys got bored, no Mary popping, Toy Story or Aladdin & the Frozen section was poor compared to last yr. Where were all the arial acts?! Merchandise & refreshments were also vastly overpriced
We won’t be going again
All together as a family we spent £325, weeks could of had a weekend away for that
Very disappointed
The show was terrible
The show was terrible compared to previous years.
The food was atrocious and so was the service. If I could give 0 Stars I would have.
A let down.
A shame it wasn’t great. Seen it in Newcastle the last few years & especially Last year & the year before were absolutely fantastic! This years lacked everything, A lot of great characters from previous years missing & seemed to focus on just the princesses. No Toy Story, COCO etc this year. Just lacked the wow factor that it usually has, hopefully next year is better, & unfortunately if not we may have to stop the tradition.

Amazing absolutely loved every second of it. I understand the merch is pricy but just don’t buy it, everything else was great ☺️
Don't waste your money
Watching 4 homeless people fighting over a bottle of mad dog in an icy alley has better choreography. Horrible!!!! $60 for a program and a flashlight!!!!!!???!shame on you. I've never seen so many bored kids and people leaving early

We have been for the last couple of years and this year was terrible compared to last year! Wasn’t as many characters and when they did come out it just dragged on and my son was bored were as last year it was constantly new people coming out, they got people on stage last year nothing like previous years very disappointing
