Expecting professionalism and punctuality? Don’t hold you breath

Despite regular messages about the appointment times neither of the consultation appointments via Telehealth were received at the time of the consult. No notification they were going to be late, just left waiting. Followed up with the chat bot and eventually got a call back hours later. The second consult was 20 minutes late.
When the prescription was received it was not for the product described by the doctor ( requested gummies, got a prescription for oil) now waiting for this to be rectified
