Extremely disappointing
A very disappointing and frustrating experience overall.
After clearly explaining all my sleep-related issues, including the fact that I have already undergone treatment in my home country and am currently using vitamins and melatonin without results, I did not receive an appropriate solution.
It was made clear that my symptoms persist despite different treatments, yet I was still asked for a GP referral in Australia, which contradicts the information provided on the website itself.
When I visited my local GP, they also checked the website and confirmed that no referral was required, which made the situation even more confusing and inconsistent.
I felt there was a lack of attention to my individual situation and a lack of flexibility for a clearly ongoing and documented issue.
I ended up using another company that was much more understanding and effective, providing proper guidance and support.
Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory and I do not recommend this service.

DO NOT TRUST THEM
I went through the whole process, spoke with the nurse, then the doctor, we talked a lot, and when I went to buy the medicine, they couldn't find my prescription. Don't trust them. This is too serious for people to be treated this way.

I always have different chat people, this afternoon I had Rodalyn, she is great I know why some people complain but I don’t see what are peoples issues?
