Really helpful and informative and a real easy process

I recently had to use Distinct cremations services for a family member who passed away at Christmas. I have to say I was very impressed throughout. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous but Maxine who was assigned to look after us was particullary lovely and helpful. They were unfortunately complications following my family members death and delays with arranging their cremation due to unforseen circumstances but I never felt rushed throughout the process. Maxine and Distinct cremations were incredibly patient and kept me informed and tried to help things a long as much as possible ( the delays were not coming from Distinct cremations) .
Right up until i recieved my family members ashes I felt they were respected and cared for . I was talked through the process and this made what was a very difficult time so much easier. I would recommend this service to anyone who finds themselve in such unfortunate circumstances as their kindness and compassion makes all the difference the world .

Did a lot of research when choosing a provider, Distinct Cremations had a special offer of £200 off the price which sealed the deal! I would add that the Customer service reps were great too.

Easy online procedure.

I was initially not happy that my parents booked a funeral. However my mother recently passed away and Distinct Cremations have made the whole experience stress free. The staff are caring and attentive and I couldn’t have been more pleased. This option is definitely worth looking at again in the future.

I have took out a direct cremation policy and found it so easy to do, not knowing how it all works I put it off for a very long time and now realise I should have done it sooner, it was all straight forward from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions, the on line forms were easy and the paper work came through in a matter of days, I had a question and got straight through to a very helpful young lady who put my mind at rest, I am very happy with my decision and know if I have a query it will be handled with complete understanding and compassion.

Great company to deal with. Professional but friendly. Empathetic. Warm and kind.
Extremely helpful. Explained everything. Ran through options, answered questions, explained everything. Very quick in answering phone whenever I needed to call them. No waiting and pressing buttons for several options. Which was great when one is grieving and distracted.
Liaised with a church minister whom I knew for her to lead the service.
Made everything simple to understand and organise.
Kept in touch with any updates/relevant information.
They made a follow-up call a few days after the funeral to ensure everything went well, which I appreciated.
I highly recommend this company.

I engaged with distinct cremations due to an unexpected death of a close family member. With no plan to follow and a feeling of shock, i was lucky to have my first enquiry answered by Maxine. Fully empathetic whilst engaging, Maxine took me through the options with no hard sale or pressure to make a decision. Upon making the decision on the type of service, a celebrant was put in touch with me. Maxine helped me with the order of service images giving valid feedback to ensure I was happy with the final product.
Jade the selected celebrant did a fantastic job of delivering my eulogy with compassion and kindness. Outside of anyone's control was the poor sound system of the crematorium; but this is not a reflection on Distinct Cremations.
The service went according to plan; even the weather was kind.
I would highly recommend this company to help you with what is probably one of the hardest events you ever need to plan. And to Maxine who took me through the whole process, i thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Not what I wanted, but what my father wanted, I cannot fault the care and respect given. Grace has been so lovely and patient with me crying down the phone. Kept up to date, given time to make decisions, not once have i felt pressured .Thankyou

I was very pleased with the service I received. My purchase was made over a few short phone calls, including checking that I have understood everything, and if I wish to include anything further. I found the lady was friendly, helpful and charming.

Sharon took my call and was so helpful. She explained everything clearly and the process was efficient and Sharon was very friendly and patient with me.

So glad we chose Distinct. Every aspect from our first contact setting the plan up and following my mom’s passing was dealt with in a five star manner. All the team are a credit to Distinct especially Yasmin who was brilliant at her job. The Waseley Hills crematorium was beautiful and the small family led intimate service was perfect for mom’s final fair well. Would one hundred percent recommend this company.Full value for money. Thanks to all again at this sad time for us.

Tracy was very helpful and explained everything for us. We had a couple of small issues which were sorted out I would recommend Distinct Cremations. I did look at other companies, but am glad that I chose Distinct.

I highly recommend Distinct Cremations, from the very first phone call everyone was so kind and caring. Maxine helped us to arrange a family led service which was beautiful, and helped to make a very difficult time more bearable.
