Great value for the price comfy enough! Delivery drivers real friendly and helpful (tight stair case) but they didn’t give up, can’t fault anything with the transaction from start to finish would buy again no problem! It’s nice to have friendly delivery drivers with great communication through out with text and call!

Experience in general was good. Very efficient and clear information, sort of. Their should be a note to say that the headboards on these beds are not made for premium mattresses ie Nectar Emma, Simba etc They are made with a maximum clearance of 20cm for traditional Vritish mattresses. However the latest premium mattresses are made with a thickness of 25cm. This means the headboard slats cannot go high enough to alow the mattress to sit comfortably under the headboard and open and close with ease.

I haven’t slept on the bed yet as it will be used as a spare. I’m happy with it although one of the little feet wasn’t very secure, but my husband made all of the feet secure. He did think I should have bought a more expensive bed, but as a spare it will be fine, especially for the price.

After ordering a double bed, we decided to change the order to a king size. 1e-mail and it was sorted. Delivery was still on the promised day. Prompt and excellent customer service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

There was a last minute change, which was beyond the company's controll apparently, otherwise the product & service was good.

Ordered online , was kept fully informed of order, delivery schedule, drivers were very polite called before delivery , fitted up the bed quickly and no mess , would highly recommend to family and friends ,

I was very happy withe the service, delivery was on time and the 2 man team was very polite and efficient.

Web site easy to use. Communication for delivery very quick and informative. The day of arrival text message followed later with telephone call say when they are coming thought was very good. The two men put the bed base in the room where I needed it.

The delivery date and time, was spot on. Customer services were great and helpful.The delivery guys Khalid and Diyr were fantastic.Overall ,the experience, quality of goods,and communication was very good.
At first ,I wasn't sure whether to order, However, I can highly recommend them.
