Delivery came on time and the guys were brilliant, took old bed away and made mine quickly and perfectly

From ordering to delivery the service was excellent. Extremely impressed with customer service & communication. Bed is decent quality for price I paid for it.

The service was very good from the divan bed factory, My headboard on my bed I ordered was not right they gave me a replacement straight away and it was delivered on time. Their quality of beds are excellent and good on price too, I definitely recommend them.

This is one of the best purchases in some time and such great value. Bed is very well made, very sturdy and the headboard looks amazing. Didn't realise the footboard was also matching to the headboard (thought it would be cloth finish which would have been fine with) so added bonus. On top of all that extra 20% off (£100) at basket, what more can you ask for, great company at communication too, have already shared details forward.

I ordered two single bed bases after checking previous reviews with the Divan Bed Company, which were all positive. I ordered and paid for my bed bases one day, receiving instant confirmation and given a provisional date of one to two weeks for delivery. Within a couple of days I received another email saying my order would be delivered on the Sunday, less than a week after ordering.
Saturday evening I received a text saying my delivery would be between 9am and 12pm, and at 10.45 I got a text to say they would be with me in 15 minutes. Two very polite gentlemen arrived, explained how to put the legs on and where the headboard would fit if we decided to buy one at a later date, and in less than five minutes they had taken them up to the bedroom. I offered them a drink, but they declined and were on their way to their next drop off. Could not have asked for a better service and have already recommended them to others.

Be warned, if you are ordering more than one bed and you pay for delivery and assembly the £60 charge covers just one bed, they do not tell you this on the website nor do they give you the option to pay for multiple beds. DO NOT PAY FOR ASSEMBLY, they are easy enough to do yourself and the drivers will show you how to to it if you are not sure. Also the drivers do not work for the company, they work for another company.
The beds themselves are ok and the mattresses are comfy enough. There is a lot of staples used though which shows that they are made fairly cheaply so you get what you pay for.
Also I have a dirty black mark left on my wall and carpet which I now have to get cleaned.
The drivers were really lovely though and helped me by showing me how to put the bed together.

Brilliant service… delivered when they said they would to the room of choice. Lovely quality of bed and easy to assemble. Will be buying more from here in the very near future.

Got a new bed, mattress and headboard combo delivered to my rented out flat and the tenant informs me that everything was excellent from delivery (up 2 flights of stairs) to the removal of the old bed. He tells me he is very happy indeed with the quality and comfort. I`m very happy with the service and the price and will certainly use the Divan Bed Factory again.
