I couldn’t see my purchase afterwards until I placed this review from trust pilot. It would not let me X out. That’s annoying.

Claims Experience

My personal advice is to not submit your claims through ngsclaims as instructed on the Claim Form, but to submit to claims@diveassure.

I only found this out through the excellent Customer Service representative, Cheyenne. She is remarkable and very responsive!

I submitted a claim to ngsclaims over a month ago and heard nothing back even after several emails to Advent.

As soon as I contacted DiveAssure through their website ... BAM ... Cheyenne had an immediate response and guided me in the right direction!

If I had a company with a Customer Service Department, Cheyenne would be the Supervisor.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, no updates, waiting for the claim for 1.5 months and counting

My partner bought insurance with them for our dive trip to New Caledonia. We had to cancel the trip due to a broken foot as travelling and diving wasn’t permitted by the doctor. We submitted our claim before Christmas and we are still chasing them. They are stalling, telling us to be patient and they keep telling us to send the documents to different departments. They don’t say when they will be processing our claim either. They don’t provide any follow up emails either. It’s been 1.5 months. Never buy insurance with them.

this is mt second year with this…

this is my second year with this company, easy process to insure against the unlikely event of something going wrong while diving, I haven't had to make a claim, and hoping never to have to, but it gives us piece of mind.
