the shipping cost was very high and i had to pay a tax at the reception of my parcel...
in the end i bought a product at 10€ + 10€ for the shipping and another 10€ tax...

Absolute rip off - set of robbing pirates
Absolute rip off. Took three dive regulators in for service and was told £75 each total £225 including a service pack. Went to collect and the bill was £450 as apparently the service was £90 each and the service pack was extra at £60 each. Wouldn’t give us the regulators back until we paid and said they had never heard of the girl that took them in and quoted. Will never go there again absolute pirates. Also said would be a week and 3 weeks later still not done. Turned them around in less than a day when explained we were going away the next day. If I could give zero I would.
In response to their reply. This is totally untrue. The figures they give don’t add up for a start. In their scenario we paid more for parts that the service and I don’t even think they have that many parts on them, taking into account that having got them back they have no major new parts only small replacements like seals and rings that are in the service pack anyway. I think if they would add it up again they would find they had massively overcharged us. and I still stand by when we called them to ask when they would be ready they suddenly would be ready the very next day. They also did not advise someone was off so there would be a delay they actually said they would only be 1 week, I am not imagining this. The response confirms my belief and is only to make me sound like a liar when in actual fact they are the ones lying. I also stand by they are robbing pirates.

Cylinder purchase
Problems with the supplier of the 3ltr dumpy cylinder I ordered but got there in the end. Not Divelifes fault and I was happy with their service. Will use Divelife again.
Excellent service, excellent mask!
I needed an off the shelf prescription mask and DiveLife couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite country wide supply issues they managed to get everything to me right on time. It couldn’t have been more worth it. My daughter has gone from being very nervous in deeper water (everything was always a blur) to absolutely loving it. Thank you so much!

I ordered some spring straps for my holiday, but there was a delay in them getting to the shop, so I phoned for an update and The service I received from the American or Canadian guy over the phone went over and above what I ever expected them to do. I have already recommended them to my dive club and will happily use them again.

Needed a wetsuit urgently and they delivered
Needed a wetsuit urgently as the shop I initially bought and paid for turned around and told me they had no stock. Divelife managed to send mine within 4 days in time for my flight. They advised on sizing as well which fit perfectly as we got confused with the multiple sizing guides online.

Prescription lens mask
I recently ordered a prescription lens mask with snorkel (tusa splendive). Izzy was very helpful on the phone checking the correct prescription as some lenses were out of stock. The mask arrived in good time with lenses fitted and my daughter is thrilled, she can't wait to try it in the sea!
