I ordered online a lens for a mask that…

I ordered online a lens for a mask that I had spent 3 months trying to purchase in Ottawa Canada. Got a phone call from DiveLife in the UK to make sure that they understood what I was ordering. Received the product about a week and a half later, very impressed.

Item failed to arrive

Ordered and paid for item almost two weeks ago. Haven’t heard anything since, paid £4.50 for postage. Nothing from this company, even the tracking number isn’t working! Shoddy and very poor, I can’t leave 0 star so had to give 1 instead

Good communication

Good communication, was advised of a delay as some of the 8 items were not in stock. Suggestion was made for the items in stock could be delivered at this moment in time or I could wait for the full delivery which could take up to 12 days. Did not have to wait too long so very pleased with service I received!

Free sweets

My gas analyser packed in I needed one urgently for courses and a dive trip in a few days. Divelife went above and beyond to ensure I had it when needed for no extra charge. Fantastic service. Also chucked a wee bag of sweets in. Saved the Weekend

Draco zip repair

I sent my dry suit in for a new zip and it had to go away for repair, they kept me updated and once ready I was happy with the price and service also they repaired my braces and put new Velcro tabs on my neck cover, happy days
