Fantastic customer service and the sneakers were exactly what I had envisaged. And extremely comfortable. No reservation whatsoever in recommending Diverge for customised footwear.

I needed to exchange for a smaller size. I was pleased with how fast the new pair was delivered. Beautiful sneakers and awesome customer service.

I ordered some sneakers in late 2021 for my birthday and unfortunately they were one size too big. Although these are custom made, DiVERGE we’re more than happy to exchange them for the right size. Down to my personal logistical circumstances, the exchange was protracted over a period of time, but the guys at DiVERGE stuck with me and now I have my new shoes. I can’t thank them enough.

thanks for the opportunity to give feedback. I just received my second par of Diverge shoes. I really loved my first pair (white). But this pair, does not seem to be assembled with the same quality at all. The back suede panel (on the heel of the shoe), with the logo mark, is coming off already on both shoes. it is like it was not assembled correctly and I am trying to fugure out if I have to glue that that piece of suede on. Additionally, the top elastic loop on these shoes is so tight I have to struggle each tie I wear them to get the shoes lace through that top piece of elastic. this is not the case with my first pair. My concern is that over time it will cause the casing of the shoelace tip to wear off, which would make it virtual impossible to get the shoelace through the elastic at that point. Lastly, these shoes squeak something awful when I walk. This did not happen with the first pair either. They are very loud when I walk around in them all day. All in All, I am not pleased with these at all.

I am genuinely obsessed with these shoes. I now own two pairs and every time I wear either out, I get so many 'Great shoes, man. What brand are they?'. Quality is great. They look super hip and the international delivery very seamless. Worth the investment for sure.

Sadly,the sneakers I ordered are not very confortable in the heel, nor match in any way the colorI thought they would be.

I am a heavy user of custom fab shoes since 8 years ago. My user experience has been always amazing with other brands.
Unfortunately this is not the case for Diverge. I ordered a pair of customized shoes. My first surprise was the huge difference between the web colors and the real ones.
Website: RGB: 179/76/70 = #B34C46 (geranium dark)
Real product: RGB: 201/78/84 = #C94E54 (fucsia)
This is not just a question of lightning ...

The second surprise, was the total lack of customer empathy. After several emails asking for an answer, any useful action was taken by Diverge except repeating the same thing. Quite bad strategy for a new player in this market.

After several interactions I have been refunded.

The first impression was: amazed by the quality of the sneakers (texture, color, details).

After that, I was not expecting the feeling when I put them on. Your sneakers feel more like a shoe rather than typical comfortable sneakers. The first 10 times I used them, they hurt a lot (especially in the heel) because they were too hard.

As I am writing this review, I am 100% satisfied with the sneakers. My feet have adapted to them (or the sneakers have adapted do my feet). As long as I lace them properly, they do not hurt and actually have a very solid feel when I put them on.

To sum up: it takes time to be comfortable in the shoes, but once you do, they are a charm. Regarding all the rest: great design, great materials, and great concept (no stocks, custom-made).

Buy, Buy, Buy!!

My first order was a Christmas present for my best friend who adored them and her husband then ordered a pair.

Of course I had to have a pair and I love them.

I also really appreciate what seems to be a lovely company to deal with. Customer service are charming and the presentation is beautiful, although I know what’s in the box it is like receiving a special gift.

I look forward to many purchases.

I ordered a pair of Diverge Sneakers to offer my son. He told me the size. then i receive an email asking to confirm the size. I told Diverge that he already purchased a pair last some months ago, so the size should be the same. They went to check his previous order and discover it should be another size.

The sneakers are beautifully made. Superior quality of the materials and stitching. I am on my second pair but the one I got one year ago still looks new. I highly recommend them!

The shoes fit perfectly. I’m glad Diverge sent their recommendation for what size I should order (I would have ordered too small). The shoes are skillfully made using fine leather.

The shoes turned up and I was like a kid in a sweet shop when unwrapping, and absolutely love them! Real happy wit the design but more so that they are so well made. Love them!!
If I had to pick any slight negative, it would be that the inner soles are quite firm, could do with being softer, but I’m not going on a ramble in these beauties anyway.
