Packaging Fail
Packaging fail! Such a large box, with so much (way too much) protective packaging inside! This might not sound so bad so far BUT the tripod had been placed right at the bottom of the box, with the packaging just placed on top (now rendered almost useless by its positioning) 🤦🏻♂️ And there was no way it could have moved during transit to where it was if the tripod had been wrapped in the bubble wrap/packaging, as (surely) intended.

Just a brilliant campnay
Recently got my first drone, needed some parts and had the operator stickers and card done, started with a gimbal, then wirless mic and now my first drone, other companies could take notes from DJI, excellent communication, excellent purchase process. Yes within the tech world there's so many variables and as I've discovered you don't just buy a product, you gain so much pre and post purchase support.
