When I bought my drone
When I bought my drone, the service it was amazing!!! I bought it on line and swap to collect it in the store. Went there I collected after 1 week I hade and issue, sent it to repair. Now Im asking for information, the repair center wont give me any information, because its has been sent true the dealer. I contact the dealer the dealer wont give me the case number. If someone want to buy a drone. Go to the one in White city. the guys there are amazing. I also when i bought it paid for care. I couldnt activate it. i hade to go in regents street and just the last time the guy helped me with everything unfortunately i forgot his name. looks like they are there only to sell thats it. I bought my drone because i want to take a video in Sardinia, but now i feel i dont want it anymore.

The member of staff sold me a drone misrepresenting the frame rates available in 4k. I think it was ineptitude more than an attempt to deceive me. I spoke about where i hoped to use the drone in Europe, and again he offered incorrect and misleading information with pure confidence.

The sales assistant was very informative and friendly without being pushy about buying products. He answered all my questions well and made the experience feel comfortable and relaxed. It felt good browsing around the shop and deciding what to choose without feeling pressured to make a purchase right away.

Sent me the wrong product
Sent me the wrong product, demanded it back within 14 days and I work away. I had to arrange someone to do it for me. I nearly gave a 2 star as they refunded my product that I ordered as it was no good for what I needed. (They don’t make a carry case for a NEO 2) I just ordered the carry case for a NEO.

The only reason I dropped a star was because the credit company I purchased with kept flagging up unusual activities on my account linked to my purchase.
The purchase was legitimate, the company are legitimate, but for some reason it flagged up.
It blocked my card for 48hrs until it was sorted even though the item was delivered on time.
Products are spot on as are the customer service and delivery si why it was flagged I have no idea.
5 stars really.

Incredibly rude and dismissive staff in…
Incredibly rude and dismissive staff in store. Very disappointed to be treated so poorly. Was left waiting in store for a collection for over 5 minutes at the counter despite being told my order was ready to collect. No apologies for the delay, no courtesy shown when entering the store and was dismissed when asked to speak to someone about the collection.
