I ordered an item from this business that was showing as in stock & would take 3 to 6 days to arrive. 2 wks later & still no sign of my mod. Many emails later and a refund appears to have been issued.
This store does not have the items ready to dispatch. Guy orders from China them sends them on.
Please avoid ordering anything from DJVAPES as it will never arrive

If I could give 0 stars I would.
They claim to be UK based but they are really a China based scam artist using a UK URL.
Never got my item, and after politely asking "Danny" for a refund multiple times with no luck and excuse after excuse on their part, I hounded them with messages until they issued the refund.
Please please please do not use this site, all of these bad reviews are here for a reason.

Terrible company, zero communication, would avoid, order still hasn’t arrived, and hasn’t been shipped.. Scum!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a vape kit 10 days ago to replace my current vape which is faulty, however after purchase I discovered all the negative reviews so I contacted the seller requesting to cancel my order. The seller informed me 8 days ago that my order had already been shipped and provided a Royal Mail tracking number. I had been checking the tracking number every day however it was not being recognised. I contacted the seller again yesterday asking to confirm the tracking number was correct to which I received a reply that it was a mistake and my order had not been dispatched as they were waiting for stock! So the tracking number was fake. The seller has issued a refund this morning.

I ordered a mod from these people back in March I have not received it and have sent emails to them, the first 2 emails they answered now they are ignoring my requests for my money back as I have still not received the item, when I try to track it with royal mail it just says the same thing that they have been informed the item is on its way to them it has been over 2 weeks the same message, a terrible company to use.

BE AWARE …. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS, shocking service , no communication, over two months I ordered two vape mods and nothing at all to show, phone number doesn’t work , TOTTALY DISHONEST!!!!!

Was a bit wary after seeing the other reviews but im pleased with my purchase. I had to wait two weeks for it to arrive, but given it was the cheapest place online I was happy to wait. Really pleased thank you

Ordered an item, Something happened in between them dispatching and Hermes receiving it for delivery. Shady email responses with no help. They agreed to issue a refund after much back and forwards but still waiting to receive it.

Wish I could leave no star rating. Not a good site. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered some pods only to be charged more than stated, some crap to do with tax or something and they only told me after they took my money. Because of that I sent an email to cancel order, 24hrs later still no reply so emailed again. This time did get a reply next day only to say dispatching order soon. I replied explaining that I had asked to cancel my order but got a reply staying order now dispatched hope you want to keep. Nothing about my request to cancel my order. They had no intention of cancelling my order. They could have easily have cancelled my order as contacted them within the hour of placing order. They did also quote, promise I would receive my order, still waiting. Thankfully only £11 odd but not the point. I seriously recommend not to use this company a very poor service. Let’s see if I actually receive my order?

Terrible dont ever order thay take your cash but you never recive items thay email me every day saying 3 ,5 days i get my items load of crock

Well I ordered an RTA From Djvape without seeing all the negative reviews and for a couple of weeks no sign of anything. I got on to Danny via email who did respond and said would chase it up. More emails exchanged and a bit of straight to the point discussion and to my surprise the tracking details were sent to me by Danny I assume with Royal Mail (genuine!) And 2 days later my RTA arrived 🥳🥳 Not tried it yet but looks genuine enough. Gave 3 stars cos incredibly slow process, maybe Danny has decided to try rebuild his company profile sending mine but tbh I probably wouldn't order again. Have to at least say thankyou though for coming through and sending the product. Come on Danny sort out everyone else's issues now....there's still time!

Order placed 2 weeks ago and has not been delivered. Poor customer service and basically atrocious service - avoid at all costs.

Please please please don't order anything for djvape, you will not get your order. You will just get excuses after excuses after excuses. They are not based in Luton and the phone number is fake. You will just get email after email after email saying. Hi good morning, we are very sorry for waiting, the parcel will arrive this week. Best regards Danny.

Ordered 14 days ago, never received items do not buy from these people, they email you confirmation of your order all looks legit but then never reply to your email enquiry's when order doesn't arrive

So I placed an order 10 days ago now for coils, I got no confirmation if they were ever shipped, I have sent 4 emails to this company to try find out what's going on and they will not reply toe for some reason, I will never order from this shop again, AVOID,,,,,,,

yes not the fastest of company's but i did receive my order of my curer vape pen, i initially made my order then went on reddit to ask some friends if they had used, got nothing but bad comments so i contacted dj vape site and yes got a reply and order was sent, it basicly the owner looks like he is a re seller, you make your order, then if they dont have in stock will contact his suppliers i presume in china, and order was sent, if you are not in a hurry for your products good prices and products are genuine but slow delivery, if you keep in touch with seller you will get sorted.
myself cant fault him and have reviewed on my youtube channel gonky's den 420 and still working to this day.
so i give it 4 out of 5 as there is room for improvements, i.e. if explained on site that if they dont have them in stock they will order from another supplier or some products come from china, then they would have less problems.

Avoid - this is a scam website. They display products that aren’t even available yet. I know this because I contacted the manufacturer of one product listed on their site and the manufacturer confirmed that it hasn’t even completed production of their first shipment. You then pay this dodgy website, obviously complain when the product doesn’t arrive, they quickly issue a refund but it’s roughly 10% less than the total amount taken from your card. Nice business model, basically stealing 10% on every order without ever having the intention of fulfilling. I’ve reported them to the Consumer Rights Commission so doubt they’ll be operating for too much longer. Wish these parasites would just disappear.
