Ordered the wrong flavour. Asked them to change it to the flavour I wanted got no reply and havent received anything. They haven't responded to any of my emails. Stay away from this comany. I will never use them again

Disgusting company…much like other reviews, ordered on 18 April, follow up with lies from Danny. So sad that there are people like this out there ripping off people. Wish I knew how to punish them…I would spend a $1000 to destroy them for cheating me out of my £44 pounds. Waited like a mug. Danny the filthy dog no longer responds to my emails.

Items never showed up. Been months.

Ordered a vape on the 29th April, chased two weeks later and was reassured it’s on its way and was even given a Royal Mail tracking ID! Guess what? The tracking ID is fake and not valid. I even checked this morning and it’s still not recognised. I have emailed demanding a refund and had a reply from Danny saying item is on its way to which I have replied that clearly it’s not and that I want a refund otherwise I’m taking them to trading standards! Granted it wasn’t a huge sum of money but he can’t keep doing this to genuine people.

Can’t leave 0 star unfortunately! Ordered an atomiser tank upgrade for a Voopoo drag x plus with a 3-6 day delivery time. Still waiting over 3 weeks later. Have emailed there customer service for a refund. All the reply was ‘will be with you early next week’. Guess what, still not here! And no reply to my refund! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I made an order around 2 months ago, still hasn't arrived. Made another order 2 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately I spent £49 before realising it was a scam website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

My goods arrived in the past. This time weeks went by, I got in touch, was reassured there is a delay and given a date, weeks went by, I have asked for further contact or a refund but crickets now... UPDATE: Eventually these goods arrived, so that's a 2nd star. But it is not the local company it pretends to be, and this was painful.

Ordered smok rpm 5 as said was in stock but it wasn't. Messaged multiple times to be told would be next couple of days but no joy. Finally asked for refund and received it two days later so that's only reason for 2 stars.

Ordered a new mod and after a couple of weeks I was told it would be another week before it would ship. It didn’t appear so I reached out again and told it was due to the covid lockdowns in China. I was refunded no questions asked.

I had placed an order of £180 worth of products- before reading the reviews and have been told by Danny that my payment was never received when I have a confirmation email to confirm my order. I have communicated multiple times with Danny, but there is no sign of a refund or my products actually being dispatched. I am very disappointed and will be taking the further. Avoid DJ vapes at all costs

Scammers, stole my money

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else, I ordered some vapes and heard nothing for a week so I emailed them and they responded saying they were out of stock and waiting for a restock from china, long story short they just kept saying they would post it soon

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Ordered a new squonk tank from them and was told 3-6 days delivery. Waited over a week and nothing arrived, emailed them and was told it would be posted out in the next couple of days. Another 7 days went and still no sign of my order. Emailed them again only for them to try and fob me off with excuse after excuse. The usual "item will be posted next day" etc. Eventually managed to get a refund. Avoid these at all costs.

I ordered:
Smok RPM 5 Pro 80W Pod System Kit 6.5ml

Thought it was strange that they were the only vendor in the UK that had it in stock but ordered anyway. They quoted shipping:

Stock Taking - We will post all orders next week! 3-6 days Royalmail or EVRI.

I received notification via the ‘Shop’ app that my order was being processed and there was a tracking number provided.

7 days later no order has been shipped!

Contacted djvape they said we will do it as soon as possible.

When you can smell a raccoon that’s up wind of you 99% of the time it’s a raccoon.

Never read previous reviews before ordering from them, BIG MISTAKE!!! Having placed my order, I expected it to be dispatched and arrive within a few days. After contacting them because parcel never made it to Royal mail tracking, I was told to give it a few days. Still nothing showing, so contacted again. There's a pattern here because this carried on for 3 weeks. After finally threatening with getting police involved the said package did eventually arrive, BUT NOT FROM THE UK. Stuck under the name and address label was another label from China. This is NOT an English company. It is false advertising stating a British Web address when in fact they are not. You could also tell by the grammar in their messages that is was not an English person writing them (even though they were apparently called Danny). Please for the love of God avoid, avoid, AVOID.......

Order my item said 3-4 days delivery, still hadn't arrived after 2 weeks, emailed and they said would be dispatched early following week, still hadn't received. Emailed again and they said would have to wait another week, told them wanted refund. Which I'm waiting for to go in my bank.
Don't order from this people what a mess about!?!
