thank god for the visa dispute process! only way I got my money back after being fobbed off and not receiving what I ordered!

Danny said he had stock in house, but it was a lie. Item shipped from China.

Wish he wouldn’t lie about it. Goods did arrive, but could’ve given myself a week head start by ordering from China myself.

I would have given zero. I was told 3 to 5 days delivery. I keep getting excuse after excuse. I still havent got my order and am requesting a refund.

For all the people who have been scammed? How did you get refunded?

Ordered my item on the 2nd May 2022, still haven't received order , Danny as been replying to my emails but keeps fobbing me off saying it will be there next 3 days , then next week, royal mail tracking number says doesn't exist, asked for full refund but haven't heard anything as yet from last weekend 5th June, I wished that I had look at reviews before ordering

Stay away or give your money away for nothing. This is fraud! I concider my money lost and will be suprised if my order will ever be shipped.

Very bad customer sevises! never answer ! i waiting my order 2 month and still not delivered. when i try communicate with thans 0 answer ! dont use this service

I would like to give djvape no stars as I ordered two pods for smok gprive pro pod about a month ago they told me the items would be delivered in 2-3 working days then got another email saying 3-6 working days still waiting 3 three weeks later i will never order from djvape again they are a joke

Apologies to other reviewers' experiences as this is difficult to review because I actually received my order in good working condition BUT it did take just over a month. There have been major global supply chain problems and the zero Covid tolerance in China which I assume is why my order and other reviewers' orders have been delayed. (Have other reviewers received their orders since leaving a review, I wonder?) There has been a lack of communication (ie none) from this company which has caused unnecessary frustration. I made 5 polite email requests for updates - no answers. Complained to the payment provider Wintopay and they said someone from the company would get in touch but they didn't.
When the order was placed on 25/04/22 message at checkout (not before!) : "stocktaking - will deliver next week" - giving the impression based in the UK (they aren't.) Bear in mind payment on CC was adjusted for forex charges (list £18.96, CC charge £19.87)
16/05/22 order status: "fulfilled" (in what way, no delivery as yet!)
25/05/22 tracking info only just starts (Still in China? How long to wait now, I think) and then a sudden delivery on 31/05/22!!
So, would I recommend and/or order from this business again - Yes but with a large caveat. Transparency and communciation need improving.

I have used this company in the past and they were ok, delivery was a bit slow but the item arrived and all was well,
this time i placed my order on 4th April 2022, today is 31st May 2022 and my replacement tank is at the Evri gateway.
its almost 2 months and my item still hasn't arrived,
i will not use this company again

It's a scam. They tell you they've posted it and keep giving you different tracking numbers each time you ask what's going on. Then you get ghosted when you ask about a refund.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! This company is fraudulent! They will take your money and not deliver the goods. They use a platform called SHOPIFY to take the transaction. I have emailed DJ vapes on numerous occasions and keep been told by ‘Danny’ the goods will arrive! That was over 3 weeks ago! I have also emailed Shopify and been told to wait 30 days before I can raise a dispute! I have contacted my bank also and will also raise this with trading standards!
I advise anyone to read trust pilot reviews in the future before purchasing any goods and if they don’t accept PayPal then it’s likely to be a red flag! My lesson learnt today.

Scam. No product. No communication. Avoid like the plague. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

Wanna get lied to? Try DjVape. "Danny", obviously a fake name. Will say your order is on it`s way. Liar. I told him I`m coming after him. Which I will via my bank. Will get a chargeback to my VISA. Stay away. A deliberate scamming Chinese website! DON`T GO THERE-EVER!!

I want to give them-5 I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been 3 months and I want my money back and now there not responding to my emails

This company is based in China NOT the UK. Like most people on here, I wish I had read the reviews first as I would never have used djvapes. They are nothing but scum of the earth thieves. If your tempted to use them DONT. They will steal your money. I suspect the positive and slightly positive reviews on here of people saying orders have been received are fake, don't believe them and don't use djvapes.

Email after email.... no response still no product. Rip off 100% bank said its a lot of time to get £10 back. PLEASE WATCH OUT ... DONT LOSE MONEY ORDER FROM EBAY AND PAYPAL ITS A LOT MORE SECURE. Could have bought a lot from you djvape now you've lost a lot of custom from me and all the people I know . Shame on you !

Ordered £30+ worth of items at the beginning of May bring advised they would be dispatched the next week. The money was taken from my bank straight away, I have received no confirmation email of my order, no communication on the status of my order.

I have requested a refund but this far received no reply.
