responding by mail....the items is as told and i will shop here again...if you want next Day delivery...don't shop here...go local.

UPDATE- Item finally arrived, 4weeks after purchasing, from CHINA. So this company is clearly selling for double the price, then ordering them from china to be shipped to their customers. Absolutely disgraceful.

Item has apparently been shipped, tracking number provided, but nothing showing up with royal mail tracking.
AVOID. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Its now been nearly 3weeks, tracking number still doesn't work, they keep saying its on the way and wont issue a refund. Do yourself a favour guys and take your custom elsewhere.

Ended up having to cancel my order. After waiting a week for the order to dispatch nothing was ever sent out.

Not a store I would ever recommend to anyone.

If you're having issues dispatching orders, then talk to customers, don't just leave them with nothing.

I ordered from this company on 9th June for a festival on 21st June. I thought 11 days would be plenty but the item was out of stock like other reviewers said (why not show this on website?).

I chased DJ Vape who hadn’t told me anything about this and they then agreed to send another product on 17th June.

Here it is 28th June and no product - did not arrive in time for festival or to date. Would not order again.

Delivered - 21st June 2022
After reading all the negative reviews, I had given up hope of ever seeing the vape pod system and coils that I had ordered.
After placing my order, I had been provided with a RM tracking number and it did not work for the first 4 days, but eventually it worked and it said "Package is on the way to the RDC" for a whole week, which made me think something fishy was up. I checked the tracking today and it said it had been delivered.
Initially I was worried that I had been sent the wrong item, like some people had complained about, but thankfully it was exactly what I had ordered. I couldn't give 5 stars just because of the delay in shipping/delivery.
Sorry to those who didn't receive anything. My advice is stay patient and keep trying your RM tracking number for updates.

Like all the reviews I have just read, DJVAPE has been a nightmare, my order was nearly £50 I must have sent 100 or more e-mails to them and to wintopay and have not had one reply, very frustrating, annoying, no words could describe how I feel about them, no goods and no refund

I originally ordered an item which turned out to be discontinued and out of stock (was in stock on website). 1 week later was told this via email and offered an alternative item, I declined offered item but said if another item was in stock I would have that or take a refund, anyway, after 2 weeks and multiple emails back and forth said item finally turned up. It is genuine and comes with all the smok guarantee and warranty cards! The conclusion iv come to is that some stock is kept on site but the majority of it isn't so when u put an order in it has to come from his supplier which takes a few extra days/weeks! It isn't a scam website, u just need patience and email the guy and most issues will b resolved.

Waste of time! They didn’t even bother to inform me their item was out of stock instead sent me tracking number where it was not updating for 8 days. I emailed them after 8 days and their response was item is not in stock! They don’t know simple customer service. Save your time, AVOID.

New tank finally came. took 7 weeks after ordering. products ship from china.

Ordered a device on the 28th May and on the 17th of June they *apparently* dispatched the item to royal mail, but that's just bs because it's already been dispatched twice according to Danny. Who is basically illiterate, by the way. Absolute joke how they think they can get away with this. Will be reporting them to action fraud, and I suggest that everyone else does the same.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that they also overcharged me by 91p because of "exchange rates"... Should have known something was off back then!

I made a purchase nearly 3 weeks ago and Still haven't received my order. I've tried on several occasions to follow up but am yet to receive a response of any type! Terrible customer service

Received the wrong item, but the refund process was very quick and straight to the point.

I ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago, thankfully not very expensive.

They still haven't shipped my items, ignored every email I have sent.

I should have looked at the reviews first, they are a dreadful company, never in over 20 years of purchasing online have I had such issues.

I'm going to have to contact my bank to do a charge back and will report to trading standards.

Please, do not order from this scam company, you may not ever receive anything.

Received my order eventually but it was not the right item, it took 3 weeks to get here from China. Not the 3 to 6 days as stated.
The item was in the right box so all looked OK. But wasn't. What a con. So I paid more money for the wrong item

I ordered a vape, it did take almost 2 months to arrive which isn’t fair as states on the site “3-6 working days”, the communication was ok between myself and DJVape, but very limited as all he kept saying was “will check with delivery service” etc etc, but other than that, it did arrive. So can’t give 1 star.

Absolute scammer. Ignores emails, and doesn't send items ordered.

Had to issue a chargeback through Mastercard, which was not contested.

I ordered 3 disposable capes from this site, after 2 months of waiting and countless emails, I finally received 2 of the 3 vapes, one of them being the wrong flavour. Very disgusted with this service and would not recommend you ordering from this site.

Item took about a month to come despite the 3-5 day claim made on the website, also the product I bout advertised as 50 mg on the website turns out is only 20mg. only giving 2 stars as the price is very good.

Ordered 7/23/2022 Delivered 6/9/2022. The goods will be delivered but have very long delivery times.
