Ordered 2 weeks ago sent several emails regarding delivery time stated 3 to 7 days which is rubbish never got any answers to emails I cancelled order and got refunded through card payment. I have been ordering vape products for the last 7 years this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with should have read the reviews first and never ordered. Ordered the same products from another company and was delivered next day.

Hi all ordered two tanks twelve days ago, arrived today with no problems whatsoever, Danny was first class, any one thinking of ordering from DJ vape? Just do it.

I made an order from them after 10 days I started emailing them after another 10 days I got a reply only to find out that my order was coming from China not UK as the site makes you believe so if you want to get your order in a couple of days don't order from DJ VAPES.

Having read reviews I tried to cancel my order but my item was already dispatched. There was a slight hiccup in transit which was pretty speedily sorted out by Danny. His communication with me was excellent and speedy. So I think it was only fair that I gave him some appropriate and by the looks of things much needed positive review. The item arrived and is exactly what I ordered and the price of this and postage was really good.

Poor customer service, ordered an item nearly been 2 weeks and still haven't received it, checked tracking and its coming from china, something of which is not declared on there website, it actually said delivery within 3 days, emailed customer service no reply, wont be ordering from here again

Item arrived but took ages i think they import direct thats my only fault needs to be a lot quicker.

I have emailed 3 times, no reply.
The tracking number sent can’t be tracked. I don’t have any faith in this delivery turning up, a waste of £25.00.

Didn't realize this company was a drop ship place after reading reviews was a bit sceptical. The item I ordered came quite quickly considering it came from China. Official product too. I've used places like fast tec this place was quicker than them. Would give the full 5 stars but they use evri (Hermes) and it was stuck at my local depot for 2 days. I would consider using them again. Didn't need to contact them as I had tracking. You can use the tracking code on a parcel track website and it will tell you where it is while it's on the China side. 8/10 overall.

Ok so found the vape I wanted and with this purchase I had the bigger tank! Initially slow with any updates on my order I then saw a lot of negative reviews about no products received so feared the worst!
I messaged them and Danny replied back! Maybe a little slow but I assume he’s a busy boy! I got a EVRI tracking number and I’ve watched it start it’s journey in china to my house today. And boom it’s a brand new device of what I ordered! All in all approximately 10 days. So on my experience I’m happy and hats off to DJ Vape.

Order placed and said 3-7 days for delivery. Two weeks in and still no delivery. Had one email advising me that item should be with me soon…tracking shows in transit and at same stage for over two weeks.

TOTAL SCAM WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT. THE MOMENT YOU ASK FOR A REFUND GOOD OLD DANNY DISAPPEARS

Do not order from this company. Paid for product, 6 weeks later, countless emails saying a new prpduct has been sent etc and refusing to refund. Tracking ID did not match so they are a total fraud. Contacted the bank to get my money back. Still have not received a vape. Avoid.

Re-edit: took him a month but after a few emails exchanged, I did receive my order at the end.
Got to give Danny some credits and 3 stars for that.

Never get anything from this website. Won't get ur item.

Dear, do not order anything from this site! The seller is a liar! It has no product or information about it! I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks! Does not answer questions! Does not return money!

Minus a star … appalling service, please STAY AWAY from these cowboys they take your money & constantly fob you off.. Danni must be a dumb robot always saying the same crap ‘ your parcel will arrive shortly’ the tracking number is untraceable… I’m on to trading standards & going viral because I hate deceit & being mislead . Need my cash back, sick of being nice& patient now 😡 oh btw guess what they’ve blocked my emails… say no more !

Postage was longer than stated. Emailed and gave a gentle reminder. Danny emailed back in good time and recieved my order 2 days later. Very happy with product. This is not a UK site so if you Order expect to wait for shipping. Overall though I am happy and would Order from here again.

shipping was a bit slow but vape arrived ok cant complain for the price

I didn't receive my product not even 1 month even on website its adv that will be received after 5 working days . He dont want to refund me and now its not replying to my emails .
