Stay away from these scammers. A month later & still no delivery. I have asked on numerous occasions for a refund and they are flat out refusing. £47 down the drain. Apologies does not get my £47 back. My hard earned money doesn’t fall from the sky.
UPDATE….. So they finally arrived last week. Might as well have not bothered. One Elux usually lasts me 8/9 days so why is it 2 days later it’s empty. Tried another one & same thing. NEVER EVER AGAIN

3 weeks. No delivery. Danny (support guy) keeps saying they’re posting it. I had to get a refund through Monzo.

Ive ordered a vaporesso mod which works brilliant.

After reading the reviews on here and understanding it would be posted from China I went ahead and ordered. I'm very happy with the service provided to me by DJVape and Danny in particular in his quick response to my query. It took two and a half weeks for my item to arrive which was about right for international postage. I'm very happy with the product and would order from them again.

I threw my vapes in the bin after a week one ran dry the other stopped working all together a complete rip off . For anyone thinking of ordering from them DONT

I would give them a zero star if I could. I placed an order with them and did not recieve it. Despite numerous emails and their reassurances of a confirmed delivery I still did not receive my items 3 weeks later (should have recieved in 3 days!). I have now cancelled my order and waiting for my monies or else I will be going directly to VISA and looking to take legal action.

Do Not use this company, they will take your money and not deliver your order! Ordered a vape over two months ago and still no vape or money refunded. They have stopped responding to emails, I’ve reported this company for fraud!

Worst company ever, when you order they send your package from china, i have order stock in china from 3 months, and i asked to cancel my order they didn't reply AVOIIIIIID

Next day delivery took over 1 week. All coils received defective. All leaking not possible to use. Contacted seller and they did nothing. Avoid Chinese company

Having known what to expect re: droppshipping, I'm super satisfied with how things went- order delivered exactly 2 weeks after shipping. No complaints whatsoever.

It's extremely bad website don't even think about it. If you love yourself and your money just stay away from it. They charged more than what they listed and then say we will refund which is will not happen. No reply on email or after many days. Horrendous experience ever.

Absolute crap! It took SIX weeks for my order to arrive from China - an item which was listed as being in stock on their website. After complaining I was promised a refund... and then fobbed off with endless excuses (it was on its way, etc). The 'customer service' guy in question had zero communication skills and seemed a little slow to me. Anyway, needless to say my refund never materialised. Eventually my order turned up so I let it drop, but I would definitely not recommend using these clowns.

Customer service was dreadful. Item took three weeks to arrive and I was repeatedly fobbed off with platitudes. Even when I asked to cancel and get a refund I was ignored. Thankfully it arrived safely after a very long wait

Stay clear of this website, ordered a battery 1 month ago and it has never arrived, no reply from customer service etc. When clicking link for tracking info parcel does not exist scam website unfortunately

Horrendous - do not buy from this website. It's a dropshipping site and you are not guaranteed to receive the item. They charge fees on top of the price stated on the website and if you need to return something they take another 6% - if they even provide the return details. The item arrived with clearly inaccurate postage, the vape was labelled as a keyring weighing 50g. Very unethical and poor service

Steer clear of this shower, its a chinese website masquerading as a UK site. The clues are on there website, like no acceptable contact page, you can only email them via outlook and no PayPal in the payment section either. You may receive your purchase in a couple of months but it's unlikely.

It's a UK front website for a Chinese retailer.
If they were honest and upfront about this on their website then that would be fine.... BUT THEY AREN'T
Avoid at all costs.
Do not shop here or you will wait at least a month or get socks instead of your vape.

The Steamcrave Aromamizer Plus V3 I ordered was quickly despatched from DJVapes but has since been stuck at the delivery hub of the courier company (Evri) for the last 8 days without any updates.

Despite efforts by Danny to expedite delivery, the wait goes on. Whether DJVape ships from China as I've seen in some reviews I'm unsure but what I do know is their choice of couriers leaves a lot to be desired.

Received my £76 order finally after 2.5-3 weeks I agree with the previous review I also tracked the order and it gave me the location in China
So I don't think this vape company is a genuine English company but I could be wrong .
Will not be using this company again .

I finally received my order after 1 month waiting. Long time is ok. But after making order, I used the code to track my parcel and saw it coming from China, that 's a big problem.
So, I think:
This maybe a drop-ship-seller who make order from Chinese market and choose shipping products directly to their customers. I saw some Chinese website offer this service.
Or, this maybe a Chinese seller who using a domain of "co.uk". However, this is not a scam website.
In this website, I didn't find any information about their company/store (to ensure if they are in England?). So, I think this is a Chinese seller.
