Probably like a few of you I’ve read previous negative reviews bland was wary however I could only get what I wanted through djvape
Yes there a drop company so expect it won’t be a quick delivery , mine was 9 days but yeah item was what I wanted and genuine so overall very happy .

They are not scammer I know it’s hard to believe I was scared as hell thinking I’ve been scammed took a wile but got my mag 18 just waiting for my batteries to arrive but it is a badly run company it will not take 4-8 days it will take 8-14 days

Having read the other 1 star reviews on this company i'm so relieved my order didnt quite go through as planned. Much to my relief i didn't end up putting in my credit card details despite going through with the transaction. At the end of the process it thanked me for my order, even emailed me with details. I went back in to the site where it was trying to get me to put payment details in ( after the event) and i had second thoughts and read some reviews. Very relieved i did as i've been conned before by a chinese scam company and vowed never again. Emailed the company to tell them to cancel the order. Lets hope they realise they neglected to get payment details beforehand. I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs, looks very dubious.

Questionable, but it worked. They unfortunately use Evri (new Hermes) which doesn't seem to have a single human being in their customer support and kept my order for a week on the same status before I had to threaten a lawsuit for them to send it. Also a weird fee that wasn't mentioned when I made the payment, but not anything that bad. I got what I wanted at the end and I'm quite sure the time it took for delivery was Evri's fault, they themselves have quite a horrible reputation for taking forever.

Complete scam company, although a .Co.uk address its based abroad, China I think so problem starts immediately with overseas transaction fee.
After a week or so of nothing, maybe you will get a stalled tracking number and you contact them where you will get a garbled "be patient" email from Danny, after that you won't get any more replies when you finally get annoyed and ask for a refund.
Head to your card issuer and proceed with a chargeback claim to get your money back

Scam business ran by clowns, package never shipped! It’s been 4 weeks now and im chasing them, nothing, asked for refund, didnt get one!

They are rubbish. Totally gutted. They sent the parcel by given me wrong tracking number then they said it could be lost. I told them ship that again instead of refund now been 10 days no any parcel or something. They are totally doing underground business and shouldn’t be trust them.

After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about ordering. But too my surprise the order arrived within 14 days, happy customer it might look a scam but patience is a virtue, thanks dj vape 👍 UK based customer

Ordered in April. The order was never shipped, gave wrong shipping number, lied that the shipping has arrived to my hometown. Then they gave me local phone number to pick up my parcel. How could it been arrived, if they did not ship it? After that they found out, that the order has not been shipped, because the item discontinued. I wanted refund and now no answer, no items, no money. This is a scam.

Ordered some coils 26 days ago.
Emailed twice to ask what's going on.
No coils, no replies
Just don't order from here guys.

Since I ordered 7 weeks ago I've had 2 cancer ops . A week in hospital and 6 at home and he's still talking s#it to me...

Pathetic company. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL RIP OFF.

I ordered some tank on September 7. It says on their web page that I should receive it in 10 days or less. They gave me right tracking number but wrong tracking web page, that did`t show anything. I searched for other web pages and found one that showed that package was sent from China.
On September 23 I received an sms from my Coustoms office that tax was not paid even though it says on their web page:
"Notice: We do shipping to EU with no extra tax cost"
Now they are ignoring my emails.

Ordered a tank and not received.Tried to speak with somebody but no chance, made a complain and they said has been delivered through Evri but I didn't received. Never use again .

One of the items was listed as FREE. i added to the cart, all of the items did arrive except the free item ! emailed them. After asking about the issue, they stopped responding back to me! The order was placed and dispatched after 3 weeks! AVOID AT ANY COST!

This is a very strange (read dodgy) outfit and I’m worried that I will suffer the same fate as others. Took my money, converted it to dollars, added a transaction fee which ended up me paying a couple of more £’s than the invoice. I took this up with my bank and this has been flagged as a fraudulent transaction with their disputes team. If you are reading this, I would seriously advise you to look elsewhere.

Fraudulent website, I ordered a Caliburn x 2 weeks ago and did not receive my item, I was given a fake tracking number that never existed in the first place.

I was very concerned after placing an order after reading reviews on here so I did try to cancel the order but it had already been shipped. So I thought oh well, let's see how long it takes if it turns up, if at all. I ordered a whirl s2 that isn't available anywhere in the UK yet and to my surprise 11 days after placing the order my new vape arrived. Thought I'd come and give a positive review as I'm more than happy to get my new vape and didn't think that was too long to wait considering it comes direct from China.

They sent a confirmation email saying my order was "dispatched". One week later and still not able to use the tracking number provided so I decided to email them and query why the tracking number wasn't working, their response "We actually don't have your item in stock"
So not only did they lie that the item was currently being shipped, they sent me a fake tracking number!!
