Placed order November 30th as a present (Aspire Vilter Pro Pod System Kit × 1), emailed 7th December to see when it would ship as was due to be an Xmas present. Was told by Danny it was out of stock. Chased again Dec. 29th to see when it would arrive, then requested refund as didn't want to wait any longer. Was told the goods have been dispatched and been given a fake tracking number. Was also told the purchase price was £58.55 but £63.71 was debited from my account. Do not purchase from this company, not trustworthy. Will be reporting to Action Fraud today.

Could not get the large 4.5ml E100 geekvape tank in uk . Ordered on the 18th of December from djvape.co.uk. took longer than expected but have to allow for Christmas post arrived today and really delighted with product. Thanks djvape. Highly recommend

I ordered some vape pods about two months ago, as I thought I'd give the items time to arrive, knowing it comes from abroad. And yes, like you guys have experienced. They'd taken my money but when I emailed, Danny said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund, and I was refunded within 24 hours. But like you guys, who've reviewed them, why take your money when it's out of stock, and not inform you. I feel they think you'd hopefully forget. I've ordered before and had same results. It's bad practice and will never order from these again. I think there's something fishy going on.

They pretend to be a uk seller and their website says delivery between 4-8 days but it’s been over a month that I placed my order which I haven’t got it yet!

I ordered vapes and oils on the 11th November and never received my items!! Got one email back from "Danny" to say they were en route 2 weeks later and still have not received them. Absolutely shocking. Wish I read the reviews before hand.

Ordered a auto squonk mod.the only place that had them was dj vape.got paranoid and confused about a currency exchange from them.then I read the reviews on here and freaked out.emailed back and forth with a guy called Danny who really didn’t put my mind at ease.I thought right I will give it a month before I raise a dispute with my bank.ordered on the 8th of December and it arrived today 30th of December.I was able to track it from china.all in all I’m happy but got freaked out at the reviews.as a friend said to me.people that have a bad experience are more inclined to do reviews.

I have had similar negative experiences to those already stated in these ‘DJ Vape reviews. Had I read the reviews I would not have placed an order.
I have reported my issues to my Credit Card company. Action Fraud Uk was also very interested in their dealings. Action Fraud UK advised they would be very interested to hear from those of you who have had unscrupulous dealings with this company, their contact details can be found on their website.

Ordered an item from them 1 month ago. No email reply about the order, no product received and no way of contacting them. A disgraceful service. Guess I've been scammed

I placed an order for a Voopoo device that hadn't been released in the UK at the time of purchase. I was aware that the product may be shipped from outside of the UK when I placed my order, which arrived 4 weeks later. I could track the order in the Shop app and could see when it arrived in the UK. I can't speak for the other reviewers but I assume some, if not most weren't aware that some products are shipped from outside of the UK.

I ignored the negative reviews as I'd purchased from this company before and wanted a particular RTA tank that was discontinued elsewhere.
Yes, the payment showed as a USD amount with a small FX cost on my account, so if that's a problem, then don't order.
Otherwise, Danny was helpful - replacing another item in my order that was out of stock with something equally as good, my order arrived in good time and seemed to be shipped from within the UK. I would happily buy from DJVape again.

I ordered 3 disposable vapes in Jan 2022 and I still never got my order. They aren't even responding to me. I ordered before and it went well but this time they scammed me...

This website is ran by a scammer! It has gone 1 month now since he took my order! Nothing has come. I have written to him over 7-10 times now and he is ignoring my refund request.

Week after week he promise it will be there, it never arrives. Trust me, this guy is not serious, most of the items are from china and he refuses to give you a human like response.

Boycott and report his business, even report his domain since he seems to lure in gullible people like me. Pay the extra price to deal with a serious dealer, because this guy "Danny" is a huge scammer!

Scammers, drop shippers no sign of my order or a dispatch e-mail AVOID unless you want to throw money away or at best wait weeks for anything to arrive. NOT UK BASED obviously another crap oriental company. Email sent waiting for the infamous response if any

Totally useless. I ordered 2 items from them. The first still hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks despite then saying it’s been sent. No proof of postage or tracking number. The second item apparently was a pre-sale item despite that not being stated in their web page. I asked for my money back and still haven’t received it after 2 weeks.

Dispute raised with my bank which apparently can take 3 months!

Can’t warn you enough to avoid these people.

Ordered a DR V3 October 23rd was accepted by Evri October 25th and still there I emailed Dan asking what is happening emailed back to say I will check then I’ve never heard back from him despite sending multiple emails myself avoid at all cost

Shocking, not a UK company they take your money stating item I stock then take your money and purchase from China leaving you waiting weeks. A guy who calls himself Danny will respond to your email but he just kicks it down the road stating he will dispatch next week. My advise, pay a pound more and use a reputable UK seller like ecigone or Sr vape.

Personally I had no problems with DJ vape, I had a problem with my order and I emailed them, got a reply the next day apologising for the error and it was sorted and my item arrived the next day and was the genuine article, I realise by its low rating that not everyone has had a positive experience with them but in all honesty I think they deserved the rating I gave them
