Item not arrived and like everyone else, fake tracking information provided. Reported to the police

Ordered an item and was told it was out of stock and was available in different colours. Upon telling 'Danny' I wanted a refund all correspondence stopped and now I'm not likely to ever see my money again.

Fortunately, my bank have been kind enough to raise a dispute so hopefully that yields some results.

Avoid at all costs. They'll leave out of stock items listed on the website to charge you fabricated 'refund fees' and that's if they decide to give you one.

Edit: After raising the dispute i was offered a refund; make sure to fight back if they try to knock off refund fees as well! I would recommend you avoid this seller

Well. shows you I should read reviews. Terrible, absolutely terrible. After a couple of weeks I sent a 'where is my stuff' email for a RTA I had bought online.

Suddenly, after about two days, it shipped! Only thing is its gone to EVRI, probably the worst delivery service in the world. Its now stuck with them in 'we got it' status for days.

DJVape is not a scam, but its close - obviously. Dont expect your stuff to get to you and I doubt I will get a refund. Stick with a company based in the UK, where at least we are then covered by laws and consumer rights.

Have placed several orders with DJVape, and never had any problem.
Communication is excellent from Danny, and all items have arrived securely and intact.
Pricing is also very competitive.
This is definately not a scam as some would suggest.
I would also like to point out that Chinese sellers frequently adopt an English name for ease of communication, this is standard practice. I am aware of this because I have Chinese friends.
The fact that merchandise is sent across from Hongkong does not bother me, since its all made over there.

This is my second order (because DjVape has basically everything versus "sold" items worldwide) and after the experience of the first order (check my review here + the product was not in stock in the color I wanted so I was forced to take a different color that Danny offered). I first contacted Danny to confirm (and being 1000% sure :D ) that the product is in stock. Danny confirmed within 24 hours and I ordered. Delivery was great (11 days EU) but only one part of the order came (shocked) - when I asked - Danny just forgot to put the second number with the product (14 days delivered). Everything all right.

Only 3 stars as they made me panic a little.
Looks like a legit UK based business which is not, I've realised that after I've noticed no contact details or address on the website,8 days after my order.
Thought I've got scammed as delivery time was way quicker on they're website.I didn't even bother to contact them
My order arrived all of a sudden on the 11th day in absolute pristine condition from China
These guys should be honest and just say it as it is,will gain so much more respect.
In regards to your order guys,if you have ordered from UK don't worry, will arrive but very very late

After I purchased my new tank I read the reviews here and thought I'd been scammed but my tank has arrived and it's a genuine geekvape tank which was packaged really well, the only reason for the four stars is due to the website saying a 4-8 day delivery which it took two weeks to arrive other than that I'm really happy with my purchase.

The company is not UK-based, they use their .co.uk domain to lull customers into a false sense of security.

It's been a month since I ordered a vape from them, but they (read: "Danny") keeps stalling — telling you repeatedly that it is on its way, to be patient — and they are constantly providing you with new tracking numbers for parcels that in clear text says that those packages haven't even been delivered to the terminal by the seller.

I have wasted my money on this schmuck and are now getting authorities & my bank involved.

DO-NOT-TRUST-THIS-SITE. It reeks of a scammer from a foreign country — far away from Europe, regulations and accountability — trying to make an easy living by outright stealing from foreigners he obviously couldn't care less about. Absolutely despicable behavior that makes me sick to my stomach.

I thought I'd been scammed. Like a lot of people said sure enough Evri got the parcel, over a week later I got notification to say they couldn't locate the parcel. I got in touch & left them a terrible review. Someone rang me to apologise ( l second parcel in a row that had gone missing with them) & she said I should get in touch with DJvape & tell them it had gone missing. No customer email on their site? Anyway a couple of weeks went by & I forgot all about it. Ordered a belt from Italy, notification Evri had delivered something so assumed it was that but low & behold it was my package from DJVape. Perfectly packaged, everything there. Will I use them again? Probably not. But it was a great price & it turned up eventually. If they said it was a 2-3 week wait I would've been happy with that, but it's no scam.

I got my Yocan Uni Pro within 10 days.. Was kept in the loop with emails and tracking detail.. There were zero international charges and I'm very happy with product and service.. Thank you.. 👍

Don't trust this website, this is not a UK website, or based in the UK in any way. They are likely shipping from the Far East and if you need to return or get a refund on an order, you'll likely never see your money again. "Danny" is clearly not British and I got asked to please keep my order, despite stating I no longer needed the product, then completely ignored when I stood my ground and asked for the order to be returned and refunded. Their refund and return policy on the website is a complete waste of space as these jokers are a couple of Del Boys in the Far East trying to flog imported products, without the duty being paid....give them a wide berth and shop with a reputable website or retailer

I got my vape mod within 2weeks. A little later than expected but the seller Danny kept me in the loop with emails and tracking number. There were international changes but still got my item cheaper so am very happy. Thank you Danny.

To any one who may have read the reviews and thought oh s**t I've probs wasted my money and it's not looking good.. just be patient . I ordered on 17th December and going off the reviews thought it was a write off and to just accept I'd wasted my money .. infact I forgot about it entirely but today my order turned up 😂 so it's not a scam, it's just a long wait . So if you need something urgently I'd advise looking else where but if your happy to wait for parts etc then yeah this place is true to its word .. also I will excuse the long time wait for myself because I know what I ordered has been difficult to find any where so must of been short supply and waiting to get some in stock maybe. Either way I got what I paid for ☺️ ..so I can't knock the place 🤟

Ordered before checking any review.
When the international payment came up I still paid (it was the only site that had want I wanted in stock) but immediately started to panic when checking Trustpilot after placing the order.

Much to my relief, notice of dispatch was sent 2 days later and I received my item 7 working days after that.

Overall, I’m impressed with DJ Vape but appreciate that it’s not your usual ‘next-day-delivered’ UK retailer.

The .co.uk is a bit misleading and, for transparency, the website should make it known that this is an international website so longer waiting/delivery times are to be expected.

Scammers. Orderd a tank that was supposed to be delivered in few days. Called Hermes in a week and the product is in China.
Avoid this website. Stay away!

Scammers. Call your bank and try to get money back would be my advice. I ordered an Rda and Squonk bottle, had no confirmation then I get an international transaction charge from Hong Kong.

Placed order, they took my money and confirmed the order.
Week later after chasing them discovered they didn't actually have the item in stock.
They tried, twice, to palm me off with something else before finally refunding me.
Just checked and a couple of months later they still have the item listed!
AVOID!!!

Bought a vandy vape mod in the shop, 6 months later i begins to make trouble…when i touch battery it turns off so i have to push and rotate battery forbit to turn on and stay on when i want to vape…..i mailed customservice (danny) told him the problem and when i bought the mod, shop would like to replace it and i was happe….didnt hear from them in a week so i mailed danny again, his reply:
Dear Martin, Good day, we are really sorry for this issue, as the Vandy Vape offers 3 months for the warranties, we are unable for the replacement this time. sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. wish you have a great new year!

I bought my mod on a seemenly engligh site so i could get it replaced if i had troubles…was sent from china 💩

total scam its the 17/01/23 still now order

Scam. Over charged me. I had to report a fraud. Bombarded with calls from Sri Lanka. Avoid!
