enormous delays

To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past... and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. Yes, these enormous delays are terrible but at least I have received my winnings... happy end I guess. I Would like to thank Patricks and Sven for being helpful and efficient at support!

If they have many cases to go through due to AML rules and these have to be done manually, they really should think about increasing their number of employees.

I found a mistake on their LIVE betting…

I found a mistake on their LIVE betting offer, which mislead my bet decision. I contacted with them explaining everything with a question if my bet can be voided.

I was very suprised getting quick answer with an apologies from their site and guess what - my bet was returned! The most important fact is that bet was previously lost !

They replied to me today

They replied to me today, after waiting 8 days since I last provided more documents for my account mattlennon9.
They’ve now asked for my payslips, even though I emailed this to them on the 23rd June!

We’ve all been scammed guys - weren’t not receiving any withdrawals.
Our deposits have been stolen.

Report this fraudulent company to the Gambling Commission, IBAS, Police and your bank.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Had a good experience for 2-3 months then issues started. Been using paysafecard to deposit and withdrawal successfully since opening account. They won’t let me withdrawal money out my account to paysafe but did still accept my deposit without issue couple times after. I’ve been told they have a issue with paysafe but that was over a month ago now with zero contact from support team. They have offered bank transfer instead but I can’t do that. So they haven’t really help and I need to complain and take things further. The withdrawal isn’t a massive amount of money but the point is they don’t want to give me it to the place I deposited it from.

I wouldn’t normally complain about a site tbh this casino seemed great I had some wins withdrawal was quick, provided all documents requested, however now they want another bank statement which was fine sent it off received an email saying thank you you should hear from us within 72 hours, it’s now been a week and am extremely frustrated it’s not like I’ve spent a lot on the casino about 2k. But they have now closed my account won’t give me an update after 3 emails and a live chat, other then it’s being looked at, if your struggling with your workload then you should at least update your customers, a simple hi we haven’t forgotten you but nothing terrible customer service

So an update they asked for my recent bank statement which I provided 4 weeks ago, a week ago they ask for 3 months worth, why couldn’t you ask for that in the first place, clearly tony bet have been breaking the rules with not getting documents or are being audited cause no other casino takes this long, and I have play on numerous sites tony et are just unorganised and clearly do not have any staff 😂😂😂

told me they would keep the cash.
i asked why they sent previous winnings and got a b/s answer.
the day before i asked if they offered bonuses , girl said shed put one on , didnt and said they dont do it !!
there is plenty of choice out there
leave this company alone

So a few things after their reply
Why not ask for docs before ?
Why pay out all other times ?
Why not mention about the bonus or lack of

People make your own choices but why waste your time with a firm like this ?

They give good service to a few people

I joined April 10th.tried to withdraw deposit via paypal after reading reviews.unsuccessful at that.i don't have the passport & driving licence.i wouldn't give that to them if I did , as don't trust them.so they have my £50.i emailed them on May 9th to ask if they d pay me back after some time had passed .got no reply.i m actually more disgusted at PayPal than Tony bet as I trusted PayPal to an extent.

Update 4 th July.still no refund.i m glad I didn't give them any documents.i wonder what they do with all that info.scary

Tonybet? What an absolute joke. Got a website together and trying to make a fortune on poor people. Couldn't place a £5 double on football because the stake exceeded maximum limit. I couldn't even place a lucky 15 on horses. What Can we do Tony? Do you just want us to go to the casino games and lose our livelihood on computer controlled games? I am closing my account.
