What an absolute shambles of a form of…

What an absolute shambles of a form of I could give a zero rating I would.Joined this firm several months ago and had no trouble depositing ,it yesterday unwanted to withdraw a small win ,and then all of a sudden they need proof of identity etc, the main problem was I had two cards register ed to my account because the first one had to be cancelled because of a scam unfortunately I never deleted it from my account but destroyed it when the new card arrived ,now they want proof that it was destroyed.Having spoken to several people on their llive chat have got nowhere I have sent several email s to their payment dept and still got nowhere,((the person in the payment dept doesn't even sign the e-mails)so that tells you a lot about this firm.I told the person on the love chat(Keenan)that it was ridiculous and to close my account to which he said it would be forwarded to security and promptly sent me a paragraph from their rules that basically said they could withhold the balance or charge me a percentage of it.I Annie awaiting a response from my last email,but don't hold out any hope of a quick or favourable out come.I will post again if any thing happens

I am pretty sure they are giving mobile numbers over to criminal organisations. I never used to get text msgs claiming to be from my bank in till I signed up with this bunch. If u have had the same issue put it in the review 💩💩💩

It was going to be a 5 star review I joined deposited £40 sent my documents away and was verified in a few hours withdrawn £20 and it was out couple hours later I still have £8 left on the account which I used and when I got down to £2.35 I got a bonus on buffalo king megaways and it payed max win the win actually was £2.9k but because of 5000x cap I recieved 1k and that was only on a 20p bet so I withdrawn £900 thought it would’ve been fast and easy but was I wrong woke up today over 24hrs later still not recived my withdrawl so went to log into account just to check it was still pending and it says account closed so I contacted chat and the reason was because someone in my household has an account and they can close it if they want and yes that’s fine aslong as I recive my £900 withdrawl and my balance of £222 will update the review if I recive it because it actually was going really well liked the games verification was fast my £20 withdrawl was only a couple hours. I just don’t understand why did they let me register then deposit £40 then fully verify my account and give me a £20 withdrawl only reason is cause it’s a lot of money now they want to close the account but they need to give my withdrawl and balance will update the post when I revive an email from payments department

Recived my £1129 lastnight which was good was worried with all the bad reviews, I would recommend this casino as it’s got good game selection missing some providers and only 1 game for isoftbet but overall really enjoyed playing there until the account got closed if ur going to play here I would recommend checking to make sure nobody from the same household has an account and to verify when u join which is done in a couple hours and withdrawls take upto 48 hours which is a bit long compared to other sites but overall I would say 4 stars would’ve been 5 if I didn’t get my account closed just because someone else in my household has an account which hasn’t been a problem on other sites.

Absolutely horrific firm, signed up, no issue with me depositing twice, the moment I win a bet, they refused to payout issuing my bet with a ‘returned’ stake, after a small stakes win that is. The message "Forbidden" is received when customer enters his credentials incorrectly upon logging in for too many times. Note that this message/ban is lifted after 24 hours period, this does not mean that your account is closed or restricted in any way.

Well if I did the hassle I’ve had to go to to even withdraw my money is beyond belief. Please avoid

After attempting to withdraw around £150 from these clowns in March 2021, I was told about the ridiculous amount of ID required to get any winnings withdrawn. No other betting firm in the UK requires this much info and if they do they ask before you deposit making it a fair process.

Tonybet use stall tactics and make the process as cumbersome as possible in an effort to discourage players withdrawing money - no matter what they say in their responses when they quote their nonsensical terms on here this is 100% what they are doing.

In March 2021 I made 4 withdrawals via PayPal totalling around £150, I was charged £1.50 for each of these withdrawals (these withdrawal fees were never refunded even though the withdrawal was not processed). Having waited three days I contacted live chat only to be told that they don't accept either a full UK Birth Certificate or a UK citizen card as acceptable forms of ID. I had a passport that expired in 2018 so I offered to provide them with a copy of that a long with multiple utility bills, full birth certificate and UK citizen card however they said this would not be enough despite me pointing out that a birth certificate is required to get a passport or driving licence in the first place!

My experience in dealing with their 'customer service' team since has been absolutely horrific. They have failed to answer any questions I have raised and have just sent me around 30 emails containing exactly the same extract from their terms. I genuinely believe that this service is being run by bots as nothing they reply with has any meaning and certainly has no human touch to it. I eventually realised I was getting nowhere with my emails so I asked them to close my account and refund my initial deposit whilst I raise this as a complaint with IBAS. Tonybet agreed to this but advised that it would take 30 working days to process. Having questioned why it would take 30 days I was told this was their standard withdrawal processing time 🤣🤣 which is an obvious lie according to the terms they love to quote. I can guarantee I dont receive my initial deposit back until the 30th working day at the last possible moment given their business plan is to withhold customer money hoping they forget about it.

All in all, the terms they follow really spoils the experience and leaves a bad taste in the mouth which is a shame given the website is one of the better looking ones in the industry and they do offer a wide range of markets. I'm just astounded that in such a competitive market Tonybet would behave like this, it's vital to keep customers happy and this certainly isn't that!

I believe this is by far the lowest rated bookmaker on Trustpilot and I can absolutely see why. There are so many better options out there if you want a smooth and enjoyable experience so please take one of them over these cowboys!

Any positive review on here about Tonybet isn't genuine, you can tell as they all contain the same broken English as their responses

Thieves

Deposited £20 thinking I could do a new customer deal for the grand national. Changed my mind when I read the small print and never made a bet. Withdrew my £20 and it never arrived in my bank account. No reason given until I contacted them and they won't refund me unless I take photos of multiple IDs and myself holding them plus photos of utility bills which I don't have any. They say I have to wait until they eventually close my account some day down the line to get my refund minus service fees which will probably be close to £20 lol. Bunch of crooks. Avoid like the plague!!!

In honest just don't use this betting company, i frequently switch betting companies to take advantage of thier opening offers. tony bet has the most ridiculous opening offer ever. so they will match your first deposit of £50 (which sounds awesome ), but no what actually happens is you deposit £50 you have to bet this 10 times before tony bet release bonus funds of £50 (£500). this doesn't sound terrible yet but it gets worse if you lose all your funds you can deposit again and the money bet with the new deposit helps you reach the betting requirements ( didn't sound so bad at first). what they don't make clear is that they won't release any of your bonus funds if you withdraw money from your second deposit, so basically they want you to give them £500 before you get your money and if you don't they will walk away with what you spent and you wont get the bonus
