Rubbish product and rubbish customer service. Bought a suitcase and the handle came off the first time it was used. Asked for a refund, as I'd already bought a replacement out of necessity, but was only offered a repair. Pointless, considering the poor quality in the first place. Unfriendly responses to queries and even wanted me to pay the cost of sending it back for repair. Absolute joke, steer well clear

They are scammers
They are scammers, please trust me and do not buy from them. I ordered a suitcase 7th Feb and still now it has not been shipped or arrived and I paid for express shipping. I have emailed them over and over again either to ask for an update on my order or get my money back and they have not responded to my many attempts. Everyone keep your money. Regular amazon way more reliable than this crap.

Paper thin ,very light weight fabric NOT fit for air travel ✈️
Horrendous , disappointing quality, just one ✈️ ( not even return) and the fabric in tatters, paid £50 for the large Holdall luggage bag . NOT at all fit for the purpose as checked in travel luggage. Buy at your own risk & get ready after for a refund battle ‼️

Bought a bag on wheels at £55 there abouts and it arrived damaged,the handle will not pull out,on closer inspection we saw that one of the metal bars are damaged so won't release the handle.We have emailed many times and left phone messages and had nothing in return,apart from to contact them after the 29th,if they can send that,why can't they send how to return the item for a replacement.Dodgey company,it's ok if you are happy with your purchase but if you aren't then beware,we have basically been scammed out of £55
