Very durable and easy to transport!

We received our order fine, however, I've tried to contact the company a few times to get an invoice and my request is still pending.

Items as described. Good quality. Prompt delivery and well packaged. Would consider this company again.

Terrible customer service. Upon second use of the suitcase the zip completely burst while I was on holiday. Contacted the customer numerous times for a refund and no reply. Suitcase costing £85 should last years not 2 uses!!!

Dreadful customer service. Parcel very late. Poor quality and no help with returns. Really out of pocket because I needed to return this item.
The company they said to use to return items did not arrive and absolutely no communication from them Had to book another company and it is costing in total over £30.00 to return a £45.00 item. Will avoid this company and any other company they state is good.

Soft luggage bag with wheels it is massive. Purchased for daughter to move up country.
It is certainly big enough to pack everything in it for her move.
Looks to be a good quality.
Arrived well packaged and within expected time frame

So far the bag is working fine, I wish it was sturdier and more balanced when I carry it on wheels (if you don't put the same amount of weight on both sides it leans on one side making transportation on wheels uncomfortable) but I guess you get what you pay for as always. Finally, for less than £60 it does its job just fine.

Good service and speedy delivery. Case not yet used but true to description with good zips and sturdy wheels. Bought because interior dimensions fit skateboard decks!

Appalling service poor quality produce, bought large bag off the website first use one of the legs dropped off second use the middle leg snapped while in America. After first trip contacted he company through there website chat no one got back to me still waiting for a response have had to purchase a case while in America to replace the bag total waste of time and money don’t buy anything from this company
