Prompt refund of unwanted order
I ordered a small cabin sized case which arrived promptly and was well packaged.
Unfortunately I no longer needed the case, so needed to return it. The return instructions were not very clear on the website (I couldn't find the form) but when I called DKluggage, they explained what I needed to do.
The case was returned and I received my refund quickly.

Loved the look of this luggage
Loved the look of this luggage. I'd hoped that the smaller, cabin size, case would also be expandable, but it's still a good size. I also bought the medium case which is expandable. There are enough pockets & compartments to take all my luggage. I'm really pleased with my purchase. When the larger size comes back into stock I may buy that one too.

Difficult to get a refund
When the case arrived, it was much larger than expected so I contacted them to arrange a return through Hermes. That was the easy part, unfortunately now having waited two weeks, I haven't received a refund. They haven't responded to my email about this and hung up on me when I tried to call. Not good customer service.

I ordered the wrong size case initially, the returns process was great and I ended up buy 2 cases when I reordered.
Both cases have been used and look great.
