cannot expresshowelpful and efficient the person who assisted us, suitcase was not given a dispatch date but the assistant on the phone who was polite and very helpful sorted this out within a day. the case is perfect and my daughter loves it. I would highly recommend this company

I ordered a bag for my skating team to…Let Down Never Again

I ordered a bag for my skating team to see if it was the right size, unfortunately it wasn’t quite right so sent it back. The bag cost me £27.95 and to send it back it cost me £14.00. We have never received a refund so I ended up paying £41.95 for absolutely nothing. Please be careful as who can afford to pay for nothing very disappointed and would never use them again.I would have given them no stars but wasn’t an option.

I phoned to say I'd ordered the wrong size bag, and received a full refund within 30 minutes. That's an excellent response. I'll definitely be placing an order as soon as the right sized bag comes back into stock.

The worst customer experience ever!

The worst customer experience ever!

I returned the item to them and then they don't issue a refund, let me know they received the item or answer my e-mails!

I have been contacting them for months and left voicemails but yet nothings.

Claims to be satisfaction guranteed but they clearly don't know what there words mean.

I am hoping they would see this review and bother to get in touch with. I have no money returned or a product so it sounds likes are just swindling people.

Good luck to anybody who is willing to even fathom dealing with them.

Bad courier!!

Luggage arrived Iuckily in one piece. Two boxes slung over garden fence as no one in to accept delivery. Confirmation email delivery said left with neighbour and signed for by a Shawn !!!!!
