Had appalling customer service. Was sent the competely wrong bag and am still waiting for a refund on the postage I paid to return it! I've been waiting for weeks.

The suitcase exceeded my expectations. It's value for money. The online ordering experience was easy and the delivery was quick.

Missed getting a five star due to "forgetting" to dispatch order, but made up for it by upgrading to 24 hour delivery by DPD.
DPD very informative and let us know where the parcel was and what time it was coming. Luggage item appears good, but only time and use will tell.

Excellent service and communication and very reasonable prices, item very well packaged and fast delivery highly recommended retailer.

Right item sent, exactly as advertised, arrived dead on time. Good quality and fair price.

Order never came in time but impressed by calling a manager with a lot of courtesy and understanding for another time slot.

I believe you only see the true nature of a company when things go wrong. Our first bag delivered faulty with less than a week to our trip, DK Luggage acted very quickly to pick up the faulty bag and replace it.

Ordered 24" and 20" they are absolutely lovely me and my daughter love them they were really good for our holiday. Description was correct all the way. Will recommend to all my friends who want new cases as their prices were especially good. Cannot fault them.

The Item I ordered was good, reasonable price and as described on the website but i had an issue with the delivery and i had to call the courier up to solve the issue myself when I feel the company itself should have carried this out. It has put me off using them again as the delivery driver did not even get out his van before driving away on the day of delivery as seen on cctv. Only when I tracked the goods did I find this out that he had actually said on the tracking site that no one was in and he carded me. He must have thrown the card from inside his van.

Instructions on measuring for size unclear (whether internal or external measurement) so got the wrong size. They took an age to respond and when they did were abrupt and unhelpful. By that time (more than 2 weeks had passed) they couldn't effect an exchange in time for my travel so I requested a refund but they wanted to charge almost as much for collection as the item cost. The phone is never answered so you just have to wait.... and wait..... for an email response. Absolutely useless, wouldn't buy from there again under any circumstances.
