I’m a first time buyer, clueless to everything to do with mortgages, and was introduced to Danish through a close family member of mine. I was extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY pleased with the service provided by Danish! From start to finish (which was the shortest time!) he was very professional, informative and straight-forward about the whole process! He made the whole process very simple for me, kept me well informed throughout and managed to sort out everything! After having a difficult time for over 2 months with a previous broker I cannot explain how shocked I was when Danish was able to assist me with such confidence and ease! I cannot recommend him enough, he is brilliant at his work!

Danish is a fantastic mortgage advisor. I am his repeat customer, and the reason is because of his eye for detail and ability to find ways to get you the right mortgage product. For me, Danish has done 3-4 mortgages, and I will come to him every time because I know he has my best interest at heart.

As a first-time buyer, mortgages and their logistics were completely alien to me. Very early on in my search to find the right lender, I realised that my application was not an easy one. I Spoke to countless mortgage brokers and Danish was by far the most honest and realistic broker i met. He talked me through the process step by step as it was my first ever property and i had no clue what i was doing. He gave me a DIP really quickly when i needed to show the sellers agents and when my offer got accepted he liaised with the sellers agents to speed up the process. He was very thorough and knew exactly what paperwork i needed to have make the process as smooth as possible. I can't thank him enough because of him i have my dream home.
