Everything was so straight forward and the staff were great and polite.

Was worried they might not be able to repair my Kuga with pearlescent paint and paint protection as they’re not a Ford garage. Needn’t have worried. Quick to pick up on a trailer and only a few days to repair. Came back sparkling. Apparently they prepare what the need from description and photos even before they get it. Excellent communication throughout. Strongly recommend.

After initial contact and some back and forward phone calls all services were good. Operators were polite and helpful which made the experience pleasant. The follow up of trying to assist me with car phone problems was good too with a very helpful and polite engineer.

The guy who came to pick car up very polite and explained everything excellent customer service. When I phoned the office the lady I spoke to she was very polite and easy to talk too

Repairs to my vehicle was done to a very hard standard.

DLG Barnsley deserve the five stars I have given them because they gave us gold standard service. It was a pleasure to deal with the driver who collected/returned our car, the office staff and the assessor. They were all friendly, informative and efficient. The text updates we received were also very helpful. When the car was returned to us it was so immaculate, that it looked like it had just come out of a showroom. I have no hesitation in recommending DLG Barnsley for any vehicle repairs.

The ladies answering the phone calls and the driver who collected and delivered the car was very friendly and helpful. The repair was done sooner than the original estimated time. However, after I got the car back I found the electric control of the driver-side mirror was not working. A technician was sent to fix it. He found that the team who did the repair didn't plug the wire in properly causing it not to work. The team need to be more careful and also need to check that everything is working properly before delivering the car back.

Excellent, quick service. Car collected on time and returned in good time. I was updated on progress. Collection and delivery drivers were very good. Great job done on repairs.
