We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. Very disappointed with the after service

Very disappointed with the after service. The car was returned having supposedly washed. My husband was unable to clean the car and have a good look over it owing to bad weather and working nights. The repair from what I could see (as it was returned in the dark) were complete other than a piece of trim hanging of the bumper which we managed to re-secure. I was assured by the guy delivering the car back that if I have any issues to call the office and a technician will be sent out to deal with the problem at my home or bring it back to the workshop. When my husband did clean and polish it when on leave 10 days later with the car hardly moving off the driveway he noticed 2 marks on the inside of the rear offside door. He phoned DLG Basildon then sent pictures of the damage to the paintwork. We then spent 2 days leaving voicemails on various numbers or messages with the call handlers who said the people we needed to speak to were in a meeting. When we protested that this had gone on for 2 days I was put through to a workshop representative who said a technician would be sent out to rectify the problem in 2 days which I happily accepted. The following day my husband received a voicemail to say that the damage was caused by a seatbelt buckle. This couldn’t be the case as the marks weren’t there before and nobody had been in the back seat since the repair. He tried to call back but again no answer only voicemail. He drove to DLG and was told that it was definitely caused by a seat belt and that it was down to us. The frustration and time wasted over the those 3 then to have it implied we were lying made this whole experience one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Bodywork was done swiftly and very…

Bodywork was done swiftly and very well. However, minor problem with triangle coming back up on the dash board. Could have been one of four things . Your engineer came out twice to my home until it was sorted . Patient , courteous great service until the problem was solved it was the back led lights . Receptionists very helpful too and staff who did the work .Thank you

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Excellent service from DLG Auto Services. Car went off on Monday and returned on the Friday fully repaired, clean and even had petrol put in it. I was kept informed every step of the way. Cannot praise them enough.

Everybody that I had the pleasure of…

Everybody that I had the pleasure of talking to and dealing with - whether that was on the phone or in person - were extremely friendly and very pleasant to deal with. From my perspective, this was a very reliable, smooth and efficient process.
