The car was picked up and delivered back on time
The damage repair was of a high standard
The car was immaculate inside and out
The same person picked up and delivered and was knowledgeable and polite
Overall a challenging experience. Centre staff that I engaged with were polite and helpful, however the quality of the initial repair was poor- 2x door seals, and an external door trim not fitted correctly, a decal with blisters , missing trim stud. Also the car was returned filthy - dust and debris all over required full valet.
During rework, they also supplied a courtesy car, however, with one tyre with a small cut and less than 2 mm tread!
Clearly the quality standards, checking and assurance process has broken down in multiple areas, or the company is just cutting corners to avoid cost.
Overall not the customer experience that should be expected of a major UK company! I am unlikely to use this repair shop again.

Helpful from start to finish on the the phone to final drop off
I had my car sent here from Churchill insurance around early March after someone hit my car.
I only had my car back on Wednesday 14th May. It has been back 4 times since first went in. The lack of concern and speed in which to sort for me has been ridiculous and disgusting.
The first time my car came back it was disgusting inside - they had done work not covered seats and fine powder all over seats and floor & left dirt & oil marks inside. I was told we don’t valet ? I didn’t ask for that but it’s not unreasonable to expect your vehicle returned to the same standard sent in. I sent in pictures no one cared. 2 weeks later it had to go back as 2 jobs not done - the came took my car and called to tell me need to order part returning car will rebook once in. I asked why was part not ordered first - to which I was told needed to see what to order this could have been done by someone coming out and checking at my premises rather than take car away and bring back and not put me out.
2/3 weeks later my car taken again for the 2 jobs to be done - returned back to me 1 job done ? I called and was told we are booked up can’t do until 2 weeks. I asked why was it not checked jobs done before returned to me - no answer. I booked again and done this week finally. I asked for a manager to call me 2 weeks ago and again this week - no call. They don’t care I was messed about or inconvenienced.
I would never use this place again.

The end result of my vehicle repair has proved, so far, to be very good and would have merited 5 stars in that respect but sadly, the process in getting there was much less so.
I was regularly sent texts giving me completion dates which turned out to be totally wrong and conflicting. I understand that many parts had to be obtained and that delays naturally occur , but the automated system for sending out such texts needs some attention as it is confusing and creates disappointment and uncertainty.
Communication was very bad. On almost every occasion I tried to ring, an answer service invited me to leave a message which I did. Not one message received the courtesy of a response . When I did manage to speak to a human being, apart from one extremely helpful lady whose name I did not record but who handed the vehicle over to me at the end, the rest all seemed untrained and appear to have read standard information from a screen and would not listen to anything I tried to say or ask, but would talk through me in a determined way but without attempting to answer any of my concerns. More importantly, they refused to try to put me through to anyone who had a clue as to what the position actually was, saying "he's busy" or "he's not in" and not telling me who "he" was or if "he" would call me back.
While the quality of the Company's technical workmanship appears to be more than adequate, my experience with them was marred by a lack of information, false information and an apparent lack of interest by, bar one, inadequately trained or prepared staff answering the phone.
It created, in my case, an unhappy atmosphere in an already distressing situation. The entry in the date of experience section below should read, if it had allowed me to make such an entry. "From 26th March to 2nd May 2025" which is the period when the Company had my vehicle

Great company to work with. They kept me updated of the progress of the repair, there is an online portal which you cam access without having to wait to speak with someone on the phone. Quality of the repair was excellent.
