My car came back with multiple (electrical) faults
My car came back with multiple (electrical) faults that were not there before going into the garage, and seemingly not a result of the minor accident that necessitated its visit to the garage in the first place. Now having to take it to another garage to see if these faults are a result of DLG repairs.

DLG - Great Service and quality work.
Car was collected from my home and returned there after repair was completed. Staff were helpful, and communication from DLG was good, and thye also gave me the opportunity if required, to follow how the repair was going.
Repair was carried out to my satisfaction, and my car is looking as it did before the incident which caused the damage.

The service of picking up my car at my house and dropping it off when the car was repaired was perfect, also had my car repaired quicker than I expected and they made a great job of it,

My car was sent for repair,then returned with four faults not repaired. Returned again to get these faults fixed and then received a phone call stating that they had not
caused one of the faults ie bad over spray on rear bumper. Yes certainly you did. Then admitted they had.
Car was returned second time round, reasonably happy now. Car should never had been approved for return the first time.

Repair took longer than quoted time
Repair took longer than quoted time. Only update given was a text on the day it was supposed to be returned. This want that big a deal as I had a hire car but I would have only knocked off half a star for that.
Repair itself was great and well done and staff I initially spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. Pick up and delivery drivers were first class.
