Great customer service
The car was collected promptly by a polite friendly driver. We were kept informed of progress. When we contacted the centre we found the staff to be very polite, helpful and informative. The car was very clean when it was returned to us.

My car is my pride and joy even though it’s a few years old. No fault accident to my little mini but DLG made an amazing repair. It’s like brand new and you cannot tell it’s been damaged at all. The lovely people who work there keep you updated and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service and would definitely recommend them.

Happy customer
DLG were assigned to me through a third party insurer following damage to my car. Excellent communication throughout; my car was collected from the home address and returned within 2 weeks with no sign of the previous damage. It had also been cleaned and valeted and looked like new again. I was given a full list of the works undertaken plus an advisory on one of the tyres. Exceed my expectations and I would highly recommend. Thanks DLG :)

Inter Departmental communication skills..
I do not know who held up the repair Churchill's or yourselves but the car we received would not fit my wheelchair in. I knew I could manage 7-10 days without going out but 3 weeks was taking it far for a minor speed she hit our car at.

I would have given a zero star if I had the option… my vehicle went into repairs and has come out with other faults. Roof wasn’t repaired properly and now have to take it somewhere else to have the repairs rectified
