Car looked like new when returjhned. Unfortunately the courtesty cars supplied were ynsuitable - so I was without a car for 2-3 weeks and as I can;'t walk far - it was inconvenient. I can't fault the work done on my Skoda Yeti - it looked great when returned.Stadff wwere always courteous and helpful.

WOW and I mean WOW WOW
WOW and I mean WOW WOW. If every company in the UK run their company like DLG Autos in Heywood, then we would be world beaters and in a far better place than we are now. I have never known a company to be so amazing in every way. Customer Service is impeccable, duty of care of vehicle, also impeccable. I even had reason to visit the site and witnessed first hand all of this and it also appeared that everyone their enjoys working for them too. I had to have my car repaired after…
I had to have my car repaired after someone reversed into it. This company was chosen by my insurance.
They kept me informed all the way through the process. From picking up the car to delivery back to my house. The repair was amazing, you would never know that it had been damaged or repaired. Michael (I think that was his name) who picked up my car and returned it was lovely. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He made me feel like my car was in good hands. Cannot fault this company at all!

The overall experience was very good. It was good to be able to track the progress of the repair and the projected date of completion. The repair itself was first class and handed back as new.
One small complaint that stopped me giving 5 stars it was returned to me dirty.
