Excellent initial response from your collection and delivery people. Disappointing experience with repair as it was returned with the repair incomplete as it required other parts that were suposed to be on back order. When I cntacted you a week later, I was told nothing had been ordered. After some discussion, the part I could see was missing, was ordered and fitted successfully. However, when the car was initially returned I was told 2 items were to be ordered. The 2nd item is not known or obvious to see, so I'm left not knowing whether something remains outstanding or not. Somewhere along the line communications within the repair centre have broken down leading to a disappointed customer.

Collected car when arranged and delivered courtesy car at the same time. Works were completed earlier than estimated, and loan car picked up at same time. Work was done to satisfaction and with a five year guarantee.
Kept well informed from start to finish everything made easy vehicle collected on time and deliver on time also excellent service from Karen at DLA Stockton and your driver Jason who was professional polite and a credit to your company
Poor communication and car returned with removed door trim just thrown on back seat creating a dirty mark on red leather seats which luckily I was able to remove
