Not recommended
My Audi went to this garage which was the chosen repair organisation through my insurance. They did a poor bodged up job (forgot to put the screws in the door so door was unsafe, sealant around the windows looked like a 5 year old had a go). I called them a few times to complain (with no call back and resolve) even though the repair work came with a 5 year warranty apparently! My car ended up going to Audi after, in Wakefield for repair on top of the shoddy job they did. I wouldnt use or recommend them. I’m very diss appointed at the stress, cost and lack of care for safety or quality this organisation has for its customers.

No real joined up working with car hire company.
Very difficult to contact for updates and completion of repairs because phone was not answered and voicemail messages to return call were ignored.
Quality control checking seemed disjointed, so repairs took far longer than was necessary.

Panels misaligned
Panels misaligned, dried compound around lights and door shuts. The first appointment available for an engineer to review the repair was a fortnight after the vehicle was returned. Following the engineers appointment the vehicle needs to be returned for rectification work. Very difficult to get through to the repairer on the telephone. Now repairer not able to collect the vehicle for another fortnight to rectify the issues raised and confirmed by there engineer!

Small bump to side of Audi.
The contact side was perfect with all concerned being very professional and attentive. However, the actual job had to be done twice and took two weeks from original collection; and unfortunately the bodywork is still not acceptable and is being inspected by their technician on Monday.

Really happy with the service. From pickup to return, everything went very smoothly. My Toyota CHR came back to me looking brand new after a full passenger back door replacement and fitting of new plastic trims. They even cleaned the car inside and out.
