We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. I found DLG very compitent and pleasant…

I found DLG very compitent and pleasant to deal with and very efficient, they notified me when they were picking up my car, told me how long they would take to repair the car and returned it back when they said they would.it was a very good service.

The second time my car was not repaired…

The second time my car was not repaired as should be. It costs me to rearrange my plans and money.
They promise a lot but for the completion the job is not supervised correctly.

Very poor service

My car just got delivered second time and is scratched on the side of recent repair after not being fully fixed first time

EXCEPTIONAL

Both customer service and team team was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what work needed to be carried out. Throughout the process they kept me informed of the progress every few days. Absolutely fantastic service, they went above and beyond to fix my car quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommended them for their exceptional service which covers even time keeping; when they collected and also delivered my car they gave a specific time they arrived promptly within minutes.

Quick friendly service from start to…

Quick friendly service from start to finish. My claims handler Simon Tye always kept me up to date with progress and offered great service throughout. The repair did take some time due to availability of parts but overall the service was excellent

Professional service

The whole experience, from collecting my car to the return after the repairs were completed, was carried out in a highly professional manner. Although there were some delays by the manufacturers in providing the parts required, I was kept up to date by the Repair Controller on the status of my vehicle on a minimum weekly basis. I have been very impressed with the service provided by DLG Auto Services. Everyone that I dealt with did what they said they would do without me having to chase them. All of the staff were polite and friendly. An excellent company ethos!

Did the repairs super fast and collection and delivery at my convenience.
