The communication for collecting and returning the vehicle was very efficient. The process for checking on the progress of the repair was very easy. The repair quality could not be faulted.
The turnaround time between collecting my vehicle, repairing it, and handing it over was incredible. I would have appreciated the assessor or bodyshop manager handing the car over to me and explaining the repair, instead of the parts guy driving the car out to me, who knew nothing about the repair.
