We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Difficult experience

1. Repairs took considerably longer than anticipated or advised
2. Very difficult and awkward about arranging return of car. Person arranging return quite officious, dogmatic and not at all reasonable to making return convenient.
3. Car sent half charged. Returned very little charge in battery so priority was to charge battery. Also it is not good to let battery run down to below 20%. Below 10% is a big no no. I had left charging cables in the car.

Positive experience

Our experience couldn't have been better from the initial contact booking us in, the collection of our car and delivery of the courtesy car, being kept updated about the progress of our repairs, to the work being completed and our car being returned. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

A month to replace a tailgate and…

A month to replace a tailgate and bumper gollowed by respray! If I'd known it was going to take this long I would have gone elsewhere.
On return of car found broken air vent. DLG are actively looking to repair but shouldnt have been broken.

Well informed service

I was well informed from
the time my car was collected to dropping of after repair. Tiny mark still on boot door, but overall very pleased with service and staff. Many thanks

Done a good repair but....

Done a good repair. However I have only given 1 star because they then crashed my car onsite & caused much more damage than it originally went in for. We were left without a car for weeks.

Excellent

Excellent service throughout. I was kept informed by phone, at the initial assessment. From then on, I was emailed at every stage of the repair which took 13 days, this was only due to delays in getting parts. A final telephone call
to arrange delivery back to me. My car looks amazing, all repairs done. Also cleaned inside and out. Nice informative, polite, staff. I'm very happy with every aspect of the service provided by DLG Auto Services Weybridge. I would definitely recommend this company.

Couldn't fault the service in any way. Collection, updates and return were first class. Collected Tuesday PM, returned Friday. Couldn't have been better.
