Great engagement throughout from initial valuation to sales lead and progression. Managed to balance encouragement and toughness to a buyer that was slow to exchange & complete after the accepted offer - buyer introduced numerous obstacles which created unnecessary delay. Excellent communications. Got there in the end.

During a difficult market Ann Wood went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer for our property. It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! Just picked up our keys and we have had nothing but exceptional customer service, genuine care and support from these guys. After being rejected from multiple properties and letting agents outright refusing to consider us for properties due to one of us being self employed and the other having a poor credit file, the agents at DM&co, specifically Harvey and Kate, listened to what we needed and our situation in order to support us through the letting process. We picked up the keys to our new property today, a place we hope for a good few years to come.

We talked to a couple of agents when deciding who to appoint to sell my late mother’s home. DM in the shape of Kathy and Elaine, impressed. They were very sensitive to the fact that we were selling in emotional circumstances.
They talked through a lot more ideas pre marketing to assess the best possible price. We were also kept well informed post viewings.
The market moving against us meant that we needed to revisit the asking price but we still achieved a sale price above the initial asking price suggested by a competitor.
Despite Elaine moving on Victoria picked up the file in a seamless way and with Kathy got the sale over the line in a firm and fair way to minimise any risk of last minute price chipping.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DM&Co to anyone looking for a local agent.

We viewed and ultimately bought the house that we have recently moved into, that was marketed by DM & Co. From the first viewing Ann Wood was excellent. She really knows how to get the ball rolling. She kept on top of the solicitors as well as our estate agents. She kept us updated every step of the way and when we felt as if information was slow to get to us, Ann kept her cool, even when we were a little frazzled.
She showed us one house and it’s the house we bought.
Ann and is a real credit to this company. We called her more than our own estate agents. We know she works as part of a team, but to have someone who can follow through from start to finish is really appreciated as a customer.
