I got in touch with Deborah for advice about a spare car seat for my 3 year old for his grandparents car. Deborah was quick to reply and provided me with an abundance of advice and relevant links about the safety of ERF. I then booked a fit check for the current car seat. Deborah gave an expert fit and check and demonstrated where to check if the car seat was still suitable for him. At the same time, Deborah saw my little girl sat in her car seat and saw that the isofix base was not required in Granny's car, due to the seats being sloped, and Deborah correctly fitted the car seat using the seat belt to secure it in place. I had my daughter in a car seat wrap and Deborah gently reminded me that it can cause over heating and to just use a blanket when transporting her between the house and car. I would highly recommend using DMB services for advice or to purchase new car seats for your child.

From my first contact with Deborah I knew she would be perfect in helping me find my babies new car seat. I wanted the safest car seat. She was very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to ensure she could recommend the right car seats for my girls age, height and weight. She gave full detail on each car seat and helped me pick my new one.

I live a long distance from DMB so wasnt able to see Deborah in person however, the after service care and support was amazing too. She guided me on fitting the car seat and correct positioning for my baby.

Excellent service. I had a couple of questions about which seat to buy to fit three across in my car. Deborah was easily contactable to answer these questions and even after I had the car seat, to assist me with installing the seat. Excellent level of care and I will definitely be using this company again.

They sold what I needed to buy and are located in the same nation of the UK as I am, so why not shop locally, even when shopping online!

After consulting for a seat fitting for my current car seat as I couldn’t figure it out. I was told it wasn’t compatible incompatible with the car and could end in serious injury to my baby if involved in a crash. Bought a new one recommended by her and she came with it the next day to fit it and show me how my son should look and fit into it. Highly recommend thank you again

Deborah was fantastic, knows her stuff and was explain to explain everything so thoroughly. She spent so much time with us going through different options and testing them in the car but never felt like a pushy sale. I've been telling everyone with kids about her! Already planning to go back when we need a seat for second car and granny's car.

We reached out to DMB after struggling to go anywhere in the car with our little one. She has severe reflux and neck tension and would just scream every time she went in her infant carrier. Straight away DMB knew exactly what type of seat she needed to be in. The knowledge and friendlessness were second to none. Our little girl has not only smiled in her new avionaut stardust seat, but also fallen asleep! We are delighted and feel like we can now go out! The service was so quick, from the message responses to availability of appointments and stock of car seats - everything was so efficient! The knowledge passed on was amazing and it's evident Deborah is extremely educated when it comes to car seat safety. There was nothing she couldn't answer about the seats she stocks. She was amazing with my daughter and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We booked an appointment to try different car seats in our car as we were a bit unsure what would fit/be best for us. Incredible, personable and speedy customer service and support to helolp me decide which travel car seat to buy over the phone. Even though I live nowhere near Scotland! Product arrived the next day. Would 100% buy from Deborah again and recommend her. (We bought the Nachfolger City+)

We were recommended DMB car seats and have been really impressed by the service provided as both consultant and distributor of several car seats. Deborah was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on all safety aspects and market options. She was able to advise on the type of seat we were looking for, check compatibility with our car and ensured it was a good fit for our son. Also highlighted other safety equipment (knee guard) which we hadn’t considered. We’ve since returned for a second order and would highly recommend to any parents looking for safe and comfortable seats for their kids.

When we encountered an issue, she was incredibly proactive and resolved it in no time—something that’s rare to find these days, as many companies leave customers without proper support. But DMB is definitely an exception!
