Very happy with our car seat. Deborah was very helpful, especially fitting the seat and explaining all the safety features.

Bought the Britax Romer Max-Safe Pro when it was on offer on DMB car seats. Deborah contacted me to arrange a time for delivery & fitting. This seat was for my grandson so I asked my daughter-in-law to bring him over to ensure a good fit. Deborah showed me how to fit the car seat and ensured my grandson was comfortable in the seat. Then she checked my other car seat which was now going to be used for my new grandson. Even though this seat was not bought from DMB Deborah fitted all the inserts and ensured the baby was snug in the car seat. My daughter-in-law asked Deborah a question about her car seat and Deborah checked both her seats and adjusted one of them as it hadn’t been fitted properly. Neither of these seats were bought from DMB but Deborah is so passionate about car seat safety she was happy to check them over and adjust as necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending DMB car seats.

I have recently purchased two car seats and had one of them fitted and the whole process from initial consultation to now fitting our new seat was seamless. I made a post on Facebook as I was looking for a specific car seat for travel which DMB was the only official retailer in the UK. Deborah explained the differences between the various models I was considering and explained to me ways to install. The car seat arrived within 2 days! :-) I still haven't used it but I am already looking for a new car seat for my toddler and have reached out to Deborah! Amazing knowledge and great help!

Fast delivery. No direct dealing with the seller as able to fit the car seat ourselves but great communication postage wise.

Great first experience with DMB car seats! After hearing good things about the service, I decided to message Deborah and she responded so promptly and helped with my queries. She was there to advise me from the buying process, right through to the installation and checking the fit and I know I can message her at any time in the future for aftercare as my little one grows to ensure he is safe! Cant rate the service enough, and my little boy loves his new seat - thank you :)

Excellent as always. Deborah gives great advice, takes time to show how the seats work and makes sure you are comfortable with the seat, and makes it clear you can always get back in touch if you need any further support. I was buying a travel seat this time and Deborah made sure that my wee one was still fitting well in her everyday seat and gave advice on how to get a slightly better fit. There is never any hard sells and Deborah is very practical when it comes to car seats and budgets, ensuring the kids are safe is very much Deborah's priority and this comes across. She has told me my best option is to move my seat between my car and my mum's for the 1 day a week my mum has her, rather than trying to convince me into buying another seat when I approached her about different options for this situations, when it would have been super easy for her to just sell me another car seat, however her solution is excellent for my budget, and my mum's limited storage! DMB car seats has a fantastic range of super safe seats for a range of budgets, and I recommend them to all of my friends who are having babies or who needs new car seats. Genuinely wouldn't look anywhere else for a car seat.

Delivery in the time frame stated which was great, but the best thing of all was the support after our purchase.

Cannot recommend Deborah and DMB car seats enough! She was super fast at replying to all Facebook messages. She spent quite sometime going through all my son’s centile charts and listened to my concerns about various seats. There was never any pressure to buy and her knowledge is second to none. We have ended up with the most perfect seat for our car. I have used another specialist in the past and ending up with an expensive seat I didn’t like that wasn’t suited to our car. Deborah was a lot more thorough and listened to what I wanted and brought lots of ideas to table. Her aftercare has also been impeccable. Despite not being local to Deborah she followed up via messenger once the seat was installed. You can have full peace of mind that your little one will have the safest of journeys after using a chair from DMB car seats. Thank you so much!

Excellent service so knowledgeable and informative. Very professional - I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car seat as her knowledge of fitting a car seat safely, surpasses anything I have read or seen. She even corrected the other seat I had in my car, that I thought was safely fitted 🥴
