We had a great experience with DMB. Deborah was very helpful and made it less stressful picking a new seat for our daughter. She’s also ready to answer any questions we have even after the seat has been installed. It won’t be long til we purchase another seat for our other daughter and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from DMB again.

Gives honest and tailored advice. Car seats are high quality and if local to the seller they will come and demo how to install.

Dmb car seats were absolutely fantastic! I was struggling to find the right car seat and very glad we went with DMB because she helped us pick the right seat that would work for us now and in the future. I will definitely use her again when the time comes to get my son his next seat.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Choosing a car seat is a minefield but Deborah has so much knowledge and made the process so much easier. Our seat was delivered extremely quickly and we have Deborah on hand to help us with future adjustments with the seat. Would definitely recommend

Deborah came to me to try out a variety of seats with my 4month old baby, she was happy to try out multiple seats in my car and answered all my questions. We had a fit check in my infant carrier where I was given a few pointers on how to make the fit safer as that was what I was using a the time.
Ordering was easy and she came back to install too. Deborah was also more than happy to give a demo install into my patner's car before fitting the new seat into my car and giving us a run down with baby.

Over all very polite, professional and informative. Never felt rushed or pressured and I will definitely recommending DMB car seats every chance I get.

Ordered car ponchos both for my granddaughter and to use with my car seat as a childminder. The customer service went above and beyond as text me to inform me a colour choice was now out of stock and asking if I would like to choose another. Then text again to inform me both were in stock and being shipped the following day. Wish all business’ had this ethic!!

Deborah is absolutely fantastic! I messaged her quite last minute to have a look at seats, as we were down on holiday from Orkney. She met up with us and took a range of seats she thought would suit us best. We tried a selection of them in our car. She's so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Nothing is too much trouble. Super quick to reply to messages too. We got our seat delivered and it arrived within the week. We will 100% be recommending her to everyone in need of seats. We can sleep easy at night knowing out little boy is as safe as can be, rear facing for years to come 🙂 thanks

So great to have an experienced, knowledgeable car seat supplier locally. Deborah got in touch immediately after I placed my order online to offer in person installation of our new seat. Deborah was quick and efficient when she arrived to install the seat and made sure I had all the info needed for using the seat.

I highly recommend anyone needing a new car seat books in with Deborah at DMB car seats. She has excellent knowledge in the car seats which are available and she makes sure that you have all the information needed before making your decision. We were able to try out different seats with our little boy sitting in them in our car. Once we had decided on a seat it was good to know the seat was safely installed and we were shown in great detail how to do this. It is also nice to know if we have any questions we can still make contact when needed. I recommend anyone looking for a new car seat goes to visit DMB car seats.

Excellent service and quick delivery.

I messaged DMB Car Seats about our 6 month old having neck flop whilst asleep (which he did a lot in the car!) A quick photo and an adjustment and the problem was sorted. Will definitely be in touch again if anything is needed in the future. Helped a stressed mum out!

Deborah is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and brilliant at what she does. We purchased a car seat for my 4-year-old to allow him to face rearward for longer and she spent some time over a video call ensuring that I was happy with the fit and also that he was comfortable in his new seat. Would thoroughly recommend buying from her because of this and also because it is so important to support small mum lead businesses!
