Very happy with our experience with Deborah at DMB car seats, she was lovely and friendly and accommodating, had so muck knowledge and information and made sure I felt comfortable with installing/removing seat and safely securing our daughter in her new seat! Deborah was extremely knowledgable on all things safety related when it comes to keeping children safe in the car. She was very patient with both myself and my son ( I was a bit indecisive) when choosing and he was getting fed up trying seats. She was never In any rush and let me try as many seats as needed within the car. Also never any pressure to choose a particular one and very up front with the price. I originally wanted one which was cheaper but I changed my mind once I seen my son sitting in them and she let me know difference in price instantly but didn’t push in anyway to choose a dearer one. I came away knowing my son is safe in his car seat for many years to come and that’s everything for a parent when driving little ones around.
I would highly recommend, in fact I would now only recommend her when it comes to choosing the perfect seat.

Fantastic service! Let me try the car seats I wanted in my mums fiat 500, as I was nervous I wouldn’t get a 36kg rear facing seat in the car, but I ended up with a choice of 2!! Very knowledgable about car seat safety, unlike Halfords and Smyths who would end up having your little one unsafely front facing before 5 years old!! I am even getting the seat installed for me and I am being shown how to use it when the seat arrives!

She gave us great advice on both the toddler seat and high backed booster that we were looking for. I will definitely use her again.

Deborah is so helpful even months/years after purchase with questions/fit advice. we were recently in a car accident and our seats needed replaced and Deborah let me know about an amazing scheme through avionaut that replace car seats after a crash. what a lifesaver! and our second car seat was covered under insurance and she helped us upgrade that car seat with advice. I recommend DMB car seats to anyone I can - lovely woman, lovely business, and incredible car seat knowledge.

Excellent service from Deborah from start to finish! The advice she gave us was brilliant and she took time with us to try 3 different seats in our car, plus let our child sit in a seat that was fitted to her vehicle as another option. We're delighted with the seat that we chose & baby seems quite happy in it too! We would highly recommend Deborah to any expectant parents, we just wish we spoke to her sooner!
