Delivery was a lot faster than…
Delivery was a lot faster than expected. The item was packed neatly and service was just great. One little thing, but that’s just me; The extra packaging is of course more materiaal being wasted. Although it gave a really nice feel to it, some people might prefer less waste. Once again: it is not really a complaint and I’m really happy. 5 stars. :)

as per final GOOD EXPERIENCE
I needed to completely modified previous review. There was miscommunication email problems and despite answers were sent to me I have not received any. Finally customer service from DELL'OGLIO reached me via whatsapp and sent evidence they were trying to contact me many times.
Concluding product I bought was sent promptly, jacket was exactly like offered on website. However for me size was not proper and I needed to send it back. Money return was immediate. Thank you!

A great shopping experience
Way more that I was expecting. My package was sent very well packed, wrapped in a nice paper and tied with a delloglio lace. Also had a card hand signed by some of the owner's and a picture with the whole family in it. I felt like it was an exclusive experience, made me feel V.I.P, and it is what any customer expects.
