I place an order for 2 trousers and I received 2 ugly things which don't match at all the trousers on the site.
They never answer to my complaint

all China Rubbish nothing Military on This Cloths.

I would give this company a NEGATIVE rating if I could. The video advertisement that I ordered from was totally misleading. The pants in the video were very high quality by appearance and the material was similar to what I wore in the military. The pants I received had a completely different pocket layout and were made of rip-stop parachute material. I contacted the company to initiate a return and they instead offered a 10% discount on a re-order stating that I would have to pay the return postage of "over 20 dollars US". I spent almost $90 (US) for two pair of pants and a belt plus the shipping for a very subpar item. When I continued to ask for a return, they offered a 15% discount, but still continued to push for a discount on another purchase rather than issuing a return. DO NOT deal with this company!

Do not buy from this company, they change names regularly, have used “Rosesimins” as well as others to sell trousers that do not fit, they refuse to honour the money back guarantee shown on their site and PayPal refuse to refund as “goods significantly different to description” thus legitimising what they are doing by ripping people off. Save your money, avoid and let as many people know as possible.

I'm with everyone else! This company is a joke. As with the rest of you all I received pants that where to small although the same size fits in any other pant. I contacted them and same offer as well 10% and I could find someone to use the pants! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. All you will do is lose your money

I would give this company and their product a zero if I could. This company is a rip off. They will send you low quality product and then offer you 10% off your cost. I was charged just under $5.00 to have the product shipped to me but to return the product will cost $20.00 in shipping. This company is running a scam and what they are doing is advertising high quality product but sending their low quality items. If you receive a poor quality item you will have to return it to China and that will cost you more than the product is worth and they will not refund you any shipping charges. So a damaged $30.00 item will cost you $55.00 including all the shipping costs and if you are lucky enough to get a full refund of the product price you will have spent $25.00 for NOTHING! They are THIEVES!!!

You get what you pay for. Don't let the low price fool you. The size chart reflects similar to USA. Both pair of pants that I have would fit a youth instead of a adult and I could not button around the waist. Now I have to provide proof of purchase, picture documentation, and wait again. They took my money within 2 days. Delivery was in about 3 weeks. Refund may take months.

I ordered 2 pair of pants and a belt. It took a month for them to arrive. They wouldn't fit a baby!!! I tried to return and they offered me 10% refund. I said no and they offered 20 and then 30%. Finally had to dispute with credit card company. Run, do not walk, away from this company. It is a complete rip-off. The size chart is extremely inaccurate and they will not honor their return policy.

Terrible company. Their "size chart" is obviously inaccurate according to the "tactical" pants I ordered. They may fit my dog and he doesn't want them either. Crap product, crap company and no refunds. DO NOT USE these scammers.

Very poor quality, very thin Polyester fabric. Even before I opened the package I knew something was wrong. They arrived in a bag the size of a burrito. It would be laughable if I hadn't wasted $50.

These will go into the garbage as they will not refund

Wow!! I can't believe every review is identical to what happen to me. Can't get return address, it will cost me 20 to ship back, give to a friend. I did use PayPal and disputed with them and they sent me an email said basically the sale fell within their guidelines. I reported it to The Federal Trade Commission in US. I urge everyone to do the same .

If I could give a negative number of stars I would have. Like the other reviews I have also been scammed with sub-standard trousers and offered first a 10% then a 20% refund then they stopped replying to my emails. Cannot put reviews on their website, will try Facebook next. Made a mistake in not paying with my PayPal account.

Unfortunately I didn’t read previous reviews. The tactical pants are advertised as ploy cotton mix but when they arrived they are clearly labelled 100 % polyester. I have asked for a refund and return address but they have told me I can keep them and they will refund 10%. This is clearly in breach of UK law but they seem to be China based and don’t care. Do Not Deal with them.

Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews until after I purchased. The pants have not arrived yet. My first gripe is they clearly list the pants at $19.95 then it rings up at $29.95. I contacted them by email and they said I need to look more carefully, the belt is $19.95. I looked on website again and sure enough it says $19.95 for the pants. They are not from the U.K. Their located in China and I ordered on Feb 14th it’s the 26th. Hopefully they make it here. Already I have a feeling there gonna be too small. I’m so mad I’m gonna dispute it with my credit card company. I really hope they fit.

Unfortunately I was another person who was sucked in by this company and their false advertising!! The pants were way to small and I even ordered larger just in case, I got these for my son and he was very disappointed. I don't know if I will even try for a refund , but hopefully either by this or word of mouth the word will get out about these awful people and this company!! Again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!

just received tactical trousers they are rubbish not as described and this company is difficult to get and information obviously Chinese cheap rubbish not fit for purpose.

Do not purchase anything from this site, shockingly bad!!! I am so annoyed with myself for getting sucked into purchasing a pair of trousers, advertised as water resistant tactical pants - clearly not the case. I complained only fr the reply to suggest giving them to a friend as a gift if I was not happy with them!! Ridiculous!!

I have tried to return my pants that I ordered and they keep jerking me around for my refund. First they offer me 15% then 20% Then 30%. They told me that I should just keep the pants or give them to somebody because it would cost me about $20 to have them shipped back to China. I told them to let me worry about the shipping cost and just refund me my money. The navy blue tactical pants that I ordered do not look like the video. They say the pants are unisex but no American man is going to wear them. I cannot even give them away to anybody. I would not buy from these people.

That’s a scam! Located in China and the contact email is associated to several other scamming web sites. When ordered from them and tried to cancel, they reply that they would charge 5%. Do not make business we that company. This is a fraud! Stay away from them!
